職責
(1) 協助處理有關非公務員合約僱員的工作表現管理及人事事宜;
(2) 協助監督招聘非公務員合約僱員事宜;
(3) 處理有關非公務員合約僱員事宜的查詢、投訴及舉辦簡介會;以及
(4) 整理編輯有關非公務員合約僱員事宜的數據資料及報表。
(1) To assist in handling the performance management and personnel matters of non-civil service contract (NCSC) staff.
(2) To assist in overseeing the recruitment matters of NCSC staff.
(3) To handle enquiries and complaints and to conduct briefings on NCSC staff matters.
(4) To compile various statistics and returns on NCSC staff matters.
入職條件
(1) 持有本港大學頒授的認可學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(2) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(2007年以前為「課程乙」)取得第3等級(2007年以前為「C級」)或以上成績,或同等成績;
(3) 取得上述學歷資格後,在處理工作表現管理、人事事宜及招聘方面累積不少於三年工作經驗;
(4) 熟悉《僱傭條例》及《強制性公積金計劃條例》;
(5) 具備良好的會話和書寫溝通能力,並熟悉電腦操作;
(6) 具備良好的組織、分析、人際及項目策劃/項目管理技巧;以及
(7) 心思周密,能獨立工作,積極主動,樂意投入團隊工作。
(1) A recognised Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
(2) Level 3 (Grade C before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(3) A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification working experience in handling the performance management, personnel matters of staff and recruitment matters;
(4) Conversant with the Employment Ordinance and the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance;
(5) Good verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in computer usage;
(6) Good organising, analytical, interpersonal, project planning/project management skills; and
(7) Detail-minded, able to work independently and demonstrate qualities of a committed and self-motivated team player.
入職條件(註)
2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
