過往公務員面試甄選準則

當招聘公務員職位時,部門一般已於招聘廣告中列明入職要求 (e.g. DSE五科第2級),但如符合要求的人數過多,部門可訂立額外準則,以甄選條件較佳的考生進行面試,亦是部分考生所指的「暗盤」安排,相關資料可向部門查詢。

常見篩選準則包括於公開試特定科目中考獲更佳的成績、額外工作經驗、於大學修讀特定主修科目(Major)等,如招聘設有筆試,則普遍以筆試成績篩選考生進行面試,例如2018/19年文化工作副經理的進一步甄選條件為:

(a) Candidates should have a diploma or above qualification in performing arts related subjects: music, dance, theatre or film on or before 11 January 2019, or equivalent; or
(b) Candidates should have a Bachelor degree or above academic qualification relevant to cultural management or cultural studies on or before 11 January 2019, or equivalent; or
(c) Candidates should have some post-graduate full-time relevant working experience in managing public cultural and arts venues or organizing and promoting cultural and arts activities on or before 11 January 2019.
