助理經理的主要職責包括 -
(a) 為服務單位的日常運作提供行政支援;
(b) 為資訊科技項目,包括系統及網站開發提供行政支援;
(c) 負責一般人事管理、辦公室設備、合約管理、物料供應和採購的事宜;
(d) 負責財政資源管理,包括草擬財政預算和控制資金的運用;
(e) 擔任委員會秘書,並撰寫會議文件和記錄;
(f) 為活動/儀式/研討會/項目提供行政支援,以及處理公眾查詢/投訴;以及
(g) 督導初級員工。
An Assistant Manager mainly assists in -
(a) providing administrative support to daily office operation of the services;
(b) providing executive support to manage IT projects including systems and website development;
(c) handling general personnel management, office accommodation, contract management, supplies and procurement matters;
(d) handling financial resources management, including drafting budgets and controlling use of funds;
(e) serving as secretary of committees and preparing papers and minutes of meetings;
(f) providing administrative support to events / ceremonies / seminars / projects and handling public enquiries / complaint matters; and
(g) supervising junior staff.
