- (a)監督民政事務局的社交媒體平台； <br>
- (b)為社交媒體節目和項目提出數碼市場推廣工作和內容開發策略建議； <br>

職責
- (a)oversee the social media platforms for the bureau; <br>
- (b)provide strategic advice on the digital marketing and content development of social media programmes and projects; <br>
- (c)devise and implement social media campaign, including production, pre- and post-production works; <br>
- (d)manage multi-media production projects related to the bureau’s social media platforms by liaising with government bureaux, departments, and external stakeholders; and <br>
- (e)provide resource management, quality control and evaluation of the effectiveness of social media marketing, content development strategies and campaign.
入職條件
申請人必須： <br>
- (a)持有本港大學頒授的學士學位或具同等學歷；修讀新聞、傳理、電影電視、公共關係與廣告或其他相關學科者佔優； <br>
- (b)香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科均考獲第3級或以上成績，或具同等學歷(見下文註) <br>
- (c)在取得上述學歷後，具備至少10年全職從事社區參與、數碼市場推廣、網站和社交媒體設計、印刷、企業傳訊和公共關係的經驗，當中至少5年在管理或編輯職級任職。在青年相關推廣運動、活動項目和網上管理、影片拍攝和剪接及研究分析方面具經驗者佔優； <br>
- (d)精通軟件(包括Adobe Photoshop)應用、影片剪接和HTML程式編寫； <br>
- (e)中英語文講寫能力俱佳，能操普通話者佔優； <br>
- (f)具備扎實的策劃、組織和分析技巧，並能在壓力下獨立處理工作；以及 <br>
- (g)溝通能力和人際技巧良好。
Applicants should have– <br>
- (a)a Hong Kong bachelor’s degree, or equivalent; studying in discipline in Journalism, Communication, Cinema and Television, Public Relations & Advertising or other relevant subjects will be an advantage; <br>
- (b)attained “Level 3” or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE)/ Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent
Note] ; <br>
- (c)at least 10 years’ post-qualification full time work experience in community engagement, digital marketing, web and social media design, printing, corporate communications and public relations, with at least 5 years’ experience at managerial or editorial level. Experience in youth-related campaigns, event and online management, video shooting and editing and research analysis will be an advantage; <br>
- (d)high proficiency in software applications including Adobe Photoshop and video editing and HTML programming; <br>
- (e)good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua will be an added advantage; <br>
- (f)strong planning, organisational, analytical skills and ability to work independently under pressure; and <br>
- (g)good communication and interpersonal skills.
