主要負責擔任以下工作 –
- (a)協助推行政策、計劃項目及策劃活動；
- (b)負責各工作小組和委員會、活動和海外考察的秘書處及後勤支援工作；
- (c)為辦事處提供行政支援，其中包括負責處理公眾的投訴及查詢；以及
- (d)就各類政策及項目作研究。
職責
Mainly deployed to –
- (a)assist in the planning and implementation of policies, projects and events;
- (b)provide logistical and secretariat support to boards and committees, events and overseas duty visits;
- (c)provide administrative support to the office, including the handling of public complaints and enquiries; and
- (d)research on various policies and projects.
入職條件
- (a)香港特別行政區院校所頒授的學士學位或具備同等學歷；
- (b)於取得以上學歷後，具有不少於三年管理方面的相關經驗，尤以策劃及推行項目計劃及/或活動經驗為佳；
- (c)良好中文及英文書寫及會話溝通技巧，及(i)在香港中學會考英國語文科(2007年前課程乙)及中國語文科取得C級/第3等級或以上成績，或同等學歷；或(ii)在香港中學文憑考試英國語文科及中國語文科考獲達第3級或以上成績，或具同等學歷；
- (d)良好人際關係及應付緊迫工作時間表的能力；及
- (e)這職位無論男女均可申請。
- (a)A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or equivalent;
- (b)at least three years’ post-qualification experience in management field, preferably in planning and implementation of projects and/or organisation of events;
- (c)good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with
- (i)Grade C/Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or equivalent; or
- (ii)Level 3 or above in Chinese language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent;
- (d)good interpersonal skills and be able to cope with tight working schedules; and
