- (a)處理無線電通訊，電話及傳真訊息；
- (b)須於香港會展直升機場及其他外站值勤，以支援並確保相關設施的安全及高效運作﹔
- (c)負責處理乘客及其相關職務；
- (d)協助編排飛行日程；
- (e)於電腦填寫值日行動記錄冊；
- (f)須輪班工作，包括星期六、日及公眾假期；及
- (g)須穿著制服。
職責
- (a)To handle radio communications, telephone calls and incoming facsimiles;
- (b)To support the safe and efficient operation of the HKCEC Heliport and any other outstations subject to operational needs;
- (c)To carry out passenger handling and associated duties;
- (d)To assist in scheduling of daily flying programme;
- (e)To complete occurrence logs via computer;
- (f)Required to work shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays; and
- (g)Required to wear uniform.
入職條件
申請人必須具備下列資格：
- (a)
- (i)在香港中學文憑考試五科包括中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級或同等或以上成績，或具同等學歷；或
- (ii)在香港高級程度會考兩科及格，及香港中學會考另外三科成績達C級 / 第3級或以上，其中包括中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)，或同等學歷；
- (b)能講流利英語及粵語；及
- (c)有基本電腦操作知識。
Candidates should -
- (a)
- (i)Have Level 3 or equivalent or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent; or
- (ii)Have a pass in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination together with 3 other subjects including Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) at Grade C / Level 3 or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (b)Be able to speak fluent English and Cantonese; and
- (c)Have basic computer operating knowledge.
入職條件(註)
1.附合下列條件者，將會優先考慮 -
- (a)通曉普通話；
- (b)有無線電操作經驗；及
- (c)具備有關工作經驗。
2.政府在聘任非公務員時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績。 3.政府在聘任非公務員時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科( 課程乙 ) C級的成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年及其後舉行的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3等級的成績。
