• (1)To assist in planning and organizing regular exhibitions;
• (2)To assist in the preparation and publishing of exhibition catalogues;
• (3)To liaise with designers, fabrication contractors and other organizations, etc. in the staging of thematic exhibitions;
• (4)To arrange the loan and return of exhibits with local and overseas collectors, film companies, production houses, cultural institutions and archives, etc.; and
• (5)To conduct research and compile information on exhibition programmes.

Applicants must meet the following basic entry requirements: ( 1 ) have a degree from a Hong Kong University, or equivalent; ( 2 ) have at least two years’ full-time post-qualification working experience in organizing film and/or cultural programmes and/or exhibitions; ( 3 ) meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 (see Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; ( 4 ) have knowledge of film art, especially expertise on the Hong Kong cinema; and ( 5 ) Good written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English
