- (1)執行管理顧問和承建商的日常工作，以完成顧問及工程合約；
- (2)與承建商、政府部門及其他有關人士聯絡，推行工程項目；
- (3)處理公共工程計劃及有關工程計劃的採購程序，包括監察有關工程項目的預審投標資格及招標程序；
- (4)處理有關公眾諮詢、投訴及工程項目查詢的事宜；
- (5)審核工程設計的岩土範疇及工地監督標準，對工程項目進行岩土工程管制；
- (6)為政府部門和社區提供有關斜坡安全、土地使用規劃和批地事宜的岩土工程意見及協助；
- (7)處理山泥傾瀉事件和採取跟進行動，以及
- (8)視乎情況，執行被指派的任何其他職務。
職責
- (1)To perform day-to-day management of consultants and contractors in delivering the consultancy and works contracts;
- (2)To liaise with contractors, Government departments and other concerned parties for the implementation of works projects;
- (3)To handle public works programme and procurement procedures related to works projects, including monitoring the prequalification and tender procedures related to works projects;
- (4)To handle matters related to public consultations, complaints and enquires of works projects;
- (5)To exercise geotechnical control over works projects by auditing geotechnical aspects of the design of works and standard of site supervision;
- (6)To provide geotechnical advice and assistance to Government departments and the community on matters relating to slope safety, land use planning and land disposal;
- (7)To attend landslip incidents and handle follow-up actions, and
- (8)To perform any other duties assigned as appropriate.
入職條件
- (a)
- (i)具備香港工程師學會(岩土組或土木組)於1975年12月5日後選取的正式會員資格，或同等資格[請參閱註(1)]；或
- (ii)具備工程地質學或地質學的認可專業資格，例如英國倫敦地質學會特許地質學家資格，或同等資格；
- (b)在取得有關資格後，具備至少2年土力工程的工作經驗，例如斜坡工程、挖掘及側向承托工程、地基工程及隧道工程；以及
- (c)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績[請參閱註(2)]。
- (a)
- (i)possess Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Geotechnical or Civil Discipline) elected after 5 December 1975, or equivalent [see Note (1)]; or
- (ii)process a recognized professional qualification in engineering geology or geology, or equivalent, such as Chartered Geologist status of the Geological Society of London, UK;
- (b)have at least 2 years’ post-qualification working experience in geotechnical engineering such as slope works, excavation and lateral support works, foundation works and tunnel works; and
- (c)attain Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [see Note (2)].

- (1)申請人如只持有非本地專業資格，應提交所需證明文件，證明該等資格等同本地有關專業資格，例如提供證據，證明申請人的資格在截止申請日期之前，已獲香港工程師學會接納為其會員（岩土組或土木組）。
- (2)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級的成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2等級的成績。
