職責
向局方提供專業及技術支援及意見，履行以下職務－
(a) 管理港口社區系統的開發工作，包括進行和支援相關研究，探討海外智慧港口的發展和本港及其他市場現有的科技，以期推動海運、港口及物流業持份者的營運及工作流程數碼化；
(b) 與業界及／或研究機構聯繫和合作，評估和綜合最新的需求及建議，以開發系統或平台，促進港口社區物流資訊互通；
(c) 與相關政府各局／部門、公共機構、本地及非本地組織、教育機構、企業及其他相關各方合作，以推動智慧港口發展；
(d) 向香港海運港口局，特別是轄下智慧港口發展專責小組，提供秘書處支援服務；以及
(e) 履行主管人員指派的其他職務及職責。
(註：或須因應運作需要而不定時工作及／或離港公幹。)

To provide professional and technical support and advice to the Bureau by performing the following duties－
(a) managing the development of the port community system including conducting and supporting research on smart port development overseas and existing technologies available in Hong Kong and other markets, with a view to promoting digitization of the operations and processes of stakeholders in the maritime, port and logistics industry;
(b) liaising and working with the industry and/or research institutes to gauge and consolidate their latest requirements and recommendations for developing a system or platform to facilitate the flow of logistics information within the port community;
(c) working with relevant government bureaux/departments, public bodies, local and non-local organisations, education institutions, enterprises and other relevant parties to promote smart port development;
(d) providing secretariat support to the Hong Kong Maritime and Port Board, particularly its Task Force on Smart Port Development; and
(e) other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
(Note : May be required to work irregular hours having regard to operational needs and/or attend duty visits outside Hong Kong.)

入職條件
(a) 持有本港大學頒授的認可學士學位，或具同等學歷；
(b) 在取得有關學歷後，具備至少八年與港口、海運、船務、貿易或物流業相關的全職工作經驗，而在最近八年的工作中，至少四年擔任監督職級或主要行政職位。具備技術或系統開發或管理、數碼化、港口營運、項目管理或相關工作經驗則更佳；
(c) 溝通、表達技巧及人際關係良好；
(d) 分析能力、判斷力及項目管理技巧良好；
(e) 中、英文講寫能力俱佳，精通普通話則更佳；以及
(f) 電腦應用技能、電腦系統開發及相關應用知識豐富。
如申請人資歷在截止申請日期前未能完全符合入職條件(a)及(b)其中一項，則申請將不獲考慮。
(b) 在取得有關學歷後，具備至少八年與港口、海運、船務、貿易或物流業相關的全職工作經驗，而在最近八年的工作中，至少四年擔任監督職級或主要行政職位。具備技術或系統開發或管理、數碼化、港口營運、項目管理或相關工作經驗則更佳；

(b) Have at least 8 years’ post-qualification full-time working experience in the port, maritime, shipping, trading or logistics industry, with at least 4 years out of the most recent 8 years at supervisory level or in a key administrative position. Experience in technology or system development or management, digitalisation, port operations, project management or relevant work will be an advantage;
(c) Have good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
(d) Have good analytical, judgement and project management skills;
(e) Have good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage; and
(f) Be proficient in computer knowledge and skills, system development and relevant applications.
