職責
投資推廣署現正物色一名充滿自信、經驗及熱忱的人才,加入其生活品味及創意產業團隊擔任經理一職。
你主要負責與本署的創意產業、消費產品、旅遊及款待三個團隊合作,透過舉辦投資推廣活動及與相關行業持分者建立密切關係,協助團隊落實策略及推廣計劃,從而吸引海外及內地企業來港投資。
要勝任以上職位,你須:
• 具備豐富營銷及推廣經驗,以及與內外持份者和供應商洽談的能力;
• 在活動管理、策劃並落實市場推廣、社交媒體活動及其他促銷活動方面具備良好往績記錄;
• 對生活品味及創意產業感興趣;以及
• 能夠獨立工作、注重細節,並具備優秀解難能力、積極進取的態度及敬業精神。
職責
(a) 為生活品味及創意產業組群的行業專家團隊提供投資推廣支援;
(b) 籌備、舉辦及支援投資推廣活動(如:實體研討會/網上研討會,網上/社交媒體上的推廣活動/公關活動/影片推廣活動,以及其他以實體及網上模式進行的展銷會及業界活動);
(c) 撰寫及製作高質素的市場推廣及報告材料(如:PowerPoint簡報、行業宣傳品等),加強宣傳香港為投資目的地;
(d) 聯絡設計公司及外界供應商,製作各類宣傳材料,例如通訊、手冊、傳單、小冊子及單張等;
(e) 就生活品味及創意產業的特別項目或措施,向行業專家團隊提供合適支援,包括但不限於:就不同推廣活動及贊助活動與合作伙伴及海外團隊協商、安排投資推廣職務訪問;
(f) 與潛在的公司及行業持份者會面以建立人脈,並參加在香港舉行的各項商業活動,包括研討會、會議及展覽,以吸引潛在客戶;以及
(g) 執行其他受指派的行政及特別職務。

Invest Hong Kong is looking for a confident, experienced and enthusiastic applicant to join our Lifestyle and Creative Industries (LCI) teams as Manager.
Working with our teams in Creative Industries, Consumer Products, and Tourism and Hospitality, your key role is to assist the three teams in implementing strategies and promotional plans for attracting overseas and Mainland businesses to invest in Hong Kong through organising investment promotion activities, as well as establishing a close relationship with key stakeholders in the related industries.
You will need to demonstrate:
• proven experience in marketing and promotion as well as proficiency in liaising with internal and external stakeholders and vendors;
• sound track record in event management, as well as planning and implementing marketing and social media campaigns and other promotional activities;
• interest in the LCI sectors; and
• ability of working independently, excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details, a proactive attitude and strong work ethics.
Duties
(a) To provide investment promotion support to LCI cluster specialist teams;
(b) To plan, organise and support investment promotional campaigns (e.g. seminars/ webinars, online/ social media/ public relations/ video campaigns, trade fairs and other relevant business events, both physical and virtual);
(c) To write and produce high-quality marketing and presentation materials with strong propositions of Hong Kong as an investment destination, such as PowerPoint presentations, sector collaterals, etc.;
(d) To liaise with design agencies and external vendors to produce promotional collaterals, such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, booklets and leaflets, etc.;
(e) To support LCI special projects or initiatives as deemed appropriate by sector specialist teams, including but not limited to liaison with partners and overseas teams on promotional activities and sponsored events, as well as organising investment promotion duty visits;
(f) To meet with potential companies and industry stakeholders for building rapport and attend business events in Hong Kong, including seminars, conferences and exhibitions for generating leads; and
(g) To perform any other administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港任何一所大學所頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷,以主修市場推廣、傳訊、公共關係、廣告、活動統籌或相關學科為佳;
(b) 具備最少三年在市場推廣及傳訊、公共關係、廣告或活動統籌方面取得的全職相關工作經驗;
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得二級成績或具備同等成績(見註(a)至(c));
(d) 中英文書面溝通技巧卓越,亦須操流利廣東話、普通話及英語,並精通中英文翻譯;通曉其他語言者更佳;
(e) 熟悉在數碼媒體及其他社交媒體平台上推出有效宣傳策略者更佳;以及
(f) 精通中英文文書處理及以下應用程式:Microsoft Word、Excel及PowerPoint。

(a) A Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, preferably in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, event management or related field;
(b) A minimum of three years of relevant full-time work experience gained in marketing and communications, public relations, advertising or event management;
(c) Meet the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (see Notes (a) to (c));
(d) An excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English, as well as proficiency in translation between English and Chinese; knowledge of other language(s) would be an advantage;
(e) Familiarity of implementing effective strategies on digital media and other social media platforms would be an advantage; and
(f) Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing, and in the applications of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
