職責
經理主要負責:
(a) 進行研究工作並準備簡報和演講資料,以協助團隊為重點企業制定策略和行動計劃;
(b) 就引進重點企業辦公室接觸及協助重點企業和相關持份者的工作提供行政支援,包括準備工作、安排會議、準備簡報資料和編寫報告;
(c) 處理查詢,以及為團隊和旗下活動提供後勤和行政支援;
(d) 管理部門數據庫和電腦系統,例如客戶關係管理系統;
(e) 支援及協調職務外訪、訪問行程和其他本地及海外推廣活動;及
(f) 按需要履行其他職責。

The Manager is mainly responsible for –
(a) Conducting research and preparing briefs and presentation materials to facilitate the Team in drawing up strategies and action plans for strategic enterprises;
(b) Providing administrative support for Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises’ engagement with and assistance to strategic enterprises and relevant stakeholders, including preparation work, arrangement of meetings, preparing presentation materials and compiling reports;
(c) Answering enquiries and providing logistic and administrative support to the Team and its activities;
(d) Maintaining departmental databases and computer systems such as the Customer Relationship Management System;
(e) Supporting and coordinating duty visits, visiting programmes and other local and overseas promotional activities; and
(f) Any other duties as required.

(c) 持有學士學位或同等學歷;
(d) 具備良好中英文書寫能力,並能說良好的英語、粵語及普通話;申請人需符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得二級成績或具備同等成績(見註(1)至(3));及
(e) 熟悉電腦應用程式操作,包括文書處理、試算表及簡報軟件。

(a) minimum three years of relevant full-time work experience in investment promotion, account management, business development, marketing or project management is preferred; experience of working in the government or public bodies would be an advantage;
(b) previous work experience in and/or knowledge of artificial intelligence, data science; fintech or life and health technology, or public sectors would be an advantage;
(c) a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
(d) be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including spoken Putonghua). The candidate must have met the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (see Notes (1) to (3)); and
(e) have good knowledge of computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
