職責
(a) 因應整體服務需求,研究與部門人力資源管理相關的各種政策和項目措施,並提供意見;促進各持份者的合作,並制定有效的策略和提供意見,確保項目措施得以順利推行;
(b) 聯繫各持份者和其他相關人士,促使他們在不同項目措施上均能維持清晰的溝通和有效的合作,以達成目標;
(c) 制定和實施以主要績效指標和反饋機制為核心、與部門目標一致的績效監察框架,以推動持續改進和有效管理;
(d) 就持續轉變的工作和外圍環境、整體服務的最新需求和員工發展趨勢等情況,提供訓練和發展需要的建議;識別合作措施,制定變革管理和提升部門文化的策略;以及規劃、制定和實施策略性和能力提升培訓計劃,以裝備員工應對未來的各項挑戰;以及
(e) 執行由高級管理層指派的其他職務。

(a) to study and advise on various policy and project initiatives in relation to human resource management in the Department having regard to the service-wide requirements; promote collaboration amongst all stakeholders, as well as devise and advise on effective strategies in ensuring successful delivery of the initiatives;
(b) to engage with stakeholders and other relevant parties to align the efforts on various initiatives, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration to achieve project goals;
(c) to develop and implement a framework for performance monitoring that aligns with departmental goals, focusing on key performance indicators and feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement and effective management;
(d) to advise on learning and development needs with regard to the ever-changing working and external environment, updated service-wide needs and evolving characteristics of the workforce, etc.; identify collaborative measures and formulate strategies for change management and improvement of organisation culture; and plan, formulate and implement strategic training and capacity-building programmes to prepare the workforce for upcoming challenges; and
(e) to undertake other duties as assigned by the senior management.

(a) 必須具備香港測量師學會產業測量組專業會員資格,或同等資歷;
(b) 必須在取得上述專業資格後,具備最少20年與物業估價服務相關的全職工作經驗,而當中最少有10年人力資源管理工作經驗,監督事務包括員工發展和職業輔導[見註1];
(c) 具備良好的策略思維、判斷力、管理能力、溝通和人際技巧;
(d) 如具備提供專業培訓及/或進行員工發展研究的近期經驗,可獲優先考慮;以及
(e) 具備優良的中英文口語和書寫溝通技巧。

(a) must have Corporate Membership in the General Practice Division of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, or equivalent;
(b) must have at least 20 years of full-time post-qualification working experience in relation to property valuation services, among which, with at least 10 years’ working experience in human resources management overseeing matters including staff development and career counselling [See Note 1];
(c) have good strategic thinking, judgement, management, communication and interpersonal skills;
(d) who possess recent experience in the provision of professional training and/or conducting staff development research are preferable; and
(e) have excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
