負責場地舞台管理；處理員工的調配、督導及培訓事情；策劃及監察舞台運作；參與技術會議，並向使用場地人士提供專業技術意見；協調組別有關燈光、音響及其他舞台技術的安排；籌劃和監控舞台設施的購置；擬備及審核舞台設施規格的投標文件；製備舞台工作安全守則，並為員工安排技術及工業安全培訓；負責監察舞台設施的維修保養，並籌劃有關的改善工程及提交計劃書；負責擬備及更新舞台設施技術資料、舞台平面圖、工作圖、以及器材及設施紀錄。
職責
To head the stage management teams; to handle staff deployment, supervision and training matters; to oversee and plan the overall stage operations and management; to attend technical meetings and provide technical advice to the venue users; to liaise with different sections on lighting and sound services and other technical logistics arrangement for staging the performances; to plan and monitor technical purchases; to prepare and clear specifications and vet tender documents on technical purchases; to devise safety measures for stage operations and provide trainings on stage and technical operations and occupational safety for the stage management teams; to oversee the maintenance of stage equipment; to make proposals and plan for the renovation of the stage facilities and equipment; to update and prepare technical data on stage facilities, stage plans, technical drawings of stage installations, equipment and inventory list of stage production equipment.

- (1)申請人須符合資歷(i)、(ii)或(iii):
- (i)持有香港演藝學院舞台及製作藝術學院學位，或具同等學歷；及於香港中學文憑試或香港中學會考中國語文及英國語文科考獲第2級(註1)或以上成績，或具同等學歷；及曾最少5年在大型藝術表演場所或藝團擔任全職高級技術管理職位；或曾最少2年在藝術表演場所或藝團擔任全職高級技術管理職位，以及具備5年全職舞台、技術或製作管理工作經驗; 或
- (ii)持有香港演藝學院舞台及製作藝術學院深造文憑，或具同等學歷；及於香港中學文憑試或香港中學會考中國語文及英國語文科考獲第2級(註1)或以上成績，或具同等學歷；及曾最少7年在大型藝術表演場所或藝團擔任全職高級技術管理職位；或曾最少3年在藝術表演場所或藝團擔任全職高級技術管理職位，以及具備7年全職舞台、技術或製作管理工作經驗; 或
- (iii)香港中學文憑考試五科包括中國語文及英國語文科考獲第2級或同等(註2) 或以上成績，或具同等學歷；或香港中學會考五科包括中國語文及英國語文科考獲第2級(註1)／E級或以上成績，或具同等學歷； 及曾最少10年在大型藝術表演場所或藝團擔任全職高級技術管理職位；或曾最少4年在藝術表演場所或藝團擔任全職高級技術管理職位，以及具備10年全職舞台、技術或製作管理工作經驗;及
- (2)具有良好的中、英文會話及書寫能力；操流利普通話者或可獲優先考慮;及
- (3)具有良好電腦操作技巧，熟悉AutoCAD 2000(或更新版本)者或可獲優先考慮。
- (1)Candidates should fulfill either one of the following 3 qualification criteria:
- (i)Degree from the School of Theatre and Entertainment Arts of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, or equivalent; AND Level 2 (Note 1) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; AND At least 5 years’ full-time working experience in a senior technical management position in a major performing arts centre or company; OR At least 2 years’ full-time working experience in a senior technical management position in a major performing arts centre or company and an additional 5 years’ full-time working experience in stage, technical or production management; OR
- (ii)Advanced Diploma from the School of Theatre and Entertainment Arts of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, or equivalent; AND Level 2 (Note 1) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or in HKCEE, or equivalent; AND At least 7 years’ full-time working experience in a senior technical management position in a major performing arts centre or company; OR At least 3 years’ full-time working experience in a senior technical management position in a major performing arts centre or company and an additional 7 years’ full-time working experience in stage, technical or production management; OR
- (iii)Level 2 or equivalent (Note 2) or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE, or equivalent; OR Level 2 (Note 1)/ Grade E or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language in HKCEE, or equivalent; AND At least 10 years’ full-time working experience in a senior technical management position in a major performing arts centre or company; OR At least 4 years’ full-time working experience in a senior technical management position in a major performing arts centre or company and an additional 10 years’ full-time working experience in stage, technical or production management; and
- (2)Fluent written Chinese and written English. Fluent Cantonese and spoken English. Fluency in Putonghua may be an advantage; and
- (3)Good general computer skill. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2000 (or above) may be an advantage.

- (1)政府在聘任非公務員合約員工時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
- (2)政府在聘任非公務員合約員工時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
