合約水上活動教練的職責如下： （一） 教授由赤柱聖士提反灣水上活動中心舉辦的風帆訓練課程； （二） 負責由香港帆船運動總會認可，於聖士提反灣水上活動中心和赤柱正灘水上活動中心舉行的風帆訓練課程的證書認證工作； （三） 為季節性及兼職水上活動教練提供訓練，使他們熟習操作機動教練艇及新型／高性能風帆； （四） 督導租用者正確操作和使用艇隻； （五） 為艇隻和器材進行定期檢查、盤點存貨和小型維修工作；以及 （六） 執行上級人員指派的其他職務。
職責
The duties and responsibilities of Contract Water Sports Instructor are:
- (1)to conduct dinghy sailing training courses organized by St. Stephen’s Beach Water Sports Centre in Stanley;
- (2)to take charge of the certification of dinghy sailing courses organized at St. Stephen’s Beach Water Sports Centre and Stanley Main Beach Water Sports Centre as bound under the Dinghy Certificate Scheme of the Hong Kong Sailing Federation;
- (3)to conduct familiarization training to seasonal and part-time Water Sports Instructors for operating powered coaching boats and new/high performance dinghy classes;
- (4)to supervise hirers on the proper handling and use of craft;
- (5)to perform regular inspections, stock-taking of and minor repair to craft and equipment; and
- (6)to perform other duties as assigned by senior officers.
入職條件
申請人必須： （一） 完成中五課程(包括在期終／畢業試中國語文及英國語文科取得及格成績)，或具備同等學歷； （二） 持有香港帆船運動總會頒發的有效高級風帆教練證書(Senior Dinghy Instructor Certificate)； （三） 持有香港特別行政區(香港特區)海事處頒發的遊樂船隻二級操作人合格證書，或具備同等／以上資格； （四） 持有聖約翰救傷隊、香港紅十字會或醫療輔助隊頒發的有效急救證書；以及 （五） 操流利粵語及英語。
Candidates should:
- (1)have completed Form 5 (including a pass in the Chinese Language and English Language in the final/graduation examination), or equivalent;
- (2)possess a valid Senior Dinghy Instructor Certificate issued by the Hong Kong Sailing Federation;
- (3)possess a Pleasure Vessel Operator Grade 2 Certificate of Competency or equivalent/above qualifications issued by the Marine Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR);
- (4)possess a valid First Aid Certificate issued by the St. John Ambulance Brigade, the Hong Kong Red Cross or the Auxiliary Medical Service; and
- (5)be fluent in spoken Cantonese and English.

- (1)香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- (2)有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
- (3)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
