Part-time Chief Project Officer (School Leadership and Professional Development) (EDB/PDT/202/14)
時薪559元 (每月需工作共70小時)
職責
(a) 為教師及校長專業發展委員會及其小組委員會及其他相關會議提供專業及秘書支援,包括準備會議文件、草擬討論文件、在會議匯報、編寫會議紀錄及統籌相關後勤工作等;
(b) 為教師及校長專業發展委員會的策略及措施提供專業意見及支援,包括:
(i) 外判及/或開展與教師及校長持續專業發展有關的調查、研究及評估計劃;
(ii) 檢討/設立教師/校長專業能力理念架構;
(iii) 協助管理及優化教師及校長專業發展委員會網頁,以及設立一站式平台;
(c) 支援專業發展課程的計劃組織、發展推行、監察及檢討工作;以及
(d) 執行其他獲指派的職務。
(a) To provide professional and secretarial support to the Committee on Professional Development of Teachers and Principals (COTAP), its sub-committees and other meetings in relation to COTAP, including preparing meeting documents, drafting discussion papers, reporting at the meetings, drafting notes of meeting and co-ordinating relevant logistics, etc.;
(b) To provide professional input and support to COTAP strategies and initiatives such as
(i) commissioning and/ or conducting educational survey, research and evaluating studies relating to the continuing professional development of teachers and principals,
(ii) reviewing/ developing Teacher and Principal Competencies Frameworks,
(iii) assisting in the maintenance and enhancement of COTAP Homepage and the setting up of a one-stop service platform;
(c) To support the planning, organising, developing, and delivering, as well as monitoring and evaluating of professional development programmes; and
(d) To perform any other duties as assigned.
入職條件
(a) 持有本港頒授的學士學位及本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 持有本港頒授、與教育有關的碩士學位(專修範圍為教學、課程發展、教育行政與管理或學校領導優先考慮) ,或具備同等學歷;
(c) 於取得學士學位後,在教育方面具有不少於十年的工作經驗,具進行研究調查經驗優先考慮;
(d) 具備優良的中、英文寫作能力及良好的英語和廣東話口語能力;以及
(e) 具強的分析能力、項目策劃及統籌能力;親切、有承擔,能獨立及於團隊中按指示工作。
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
(b) A Hong Kong master's degree in education (focusing in area related to teaching, curriculum development, educational administration and management or school leadership is preferred), or equivalent;
(c) At least 10 years' post bachelor degree education-related experience; experience in conducting research and survey is preferred;
(d) Very good command of written English and Chinese; oral proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential; and
(e) Strong analytical skills and project management and coordination skills; pleasant, committed and able to work independently as well as in a team and under instructions.
