職責
(a) 出席外間觀察人員(幼稚園)簡介會;
(b) 參與整個質素評核過程(為期2.5天至3.5天),期間須觀察學校的「學與教」表現,包括:(i)與評核隊伍一起觀課、觀察兒童活動;(ii)閱覽課程文件及學校報告;(iii)以觀察人員身份出席由評核隊伍主持的面談;(iv)以觀察人員身份出席在校內進行的評核隊伍會議;(v)口頭匯報完成後,與學校分享教師教學技巧和環境設置的意見;
(c) 就質素評核機制提供回饋;以及
(d) 與教育局專業人員進行專業交流 。
(a) To attend the briefing session for External Observer (Kindergarten);
(b) To participate in the whole Quality Review (QR) process (ranging from 2.5-day to 3.5-day per QR), observe the school performance on the domain of learning and teaching in respect of the following: (i) conduct lesson/children activities observations with the Review Team; (ii) read curriculum documents and School Report; (iii) attend the interviews conducted by the Review Team as observer; (iv) attend the Review Team meeting(s) held at the school as observer; (v) share the suggestions and comments on teachers' teaching technique and learning environment with school after the oral feedback session;
(c) To provide feedback on the mechanism of QR; and
(d) To have professional dialogues with Education Bureau professional staff.
入職條件
(a) 持有本港頒授的學士學位,幼兒教育/心理學/教育學位可獲優先考慮,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;
(c) 具備不少於10年幼兒教育的學校視學/教學/教育行政工作經驗及/或在專上教育機構任教幼兒教育的教學經驗;
(d) 具備不少於5年擔任管理及/或督導職級的工作經驗;
(e) 由2016年9月1日起,申請人不在教育界別服務;
(f) 曾在幼兒教育界別涉獵不同範疇和性質工作可獲優先考慮;
(g) 持有有關幼兒教育學士學位以上學歷可獲優先考慮;
(h) 能以中文與人有效地溝通;
(i) 處事盡責、積極主動、對工作有熱誠;以及
(j) 須品格良好。
[備註 :實際的工作時間將由上司按工作情況安排。]
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree preferably in Early Childhood Education / Psychology / Education or equivalent;
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
(c) At least 10 years of working experience in school inspection / teaching / educational administration in the early childhood education sector and/or teaching experience in tertiary institutions in early childhood education;
(d) At least 5 years of working experience in managerial and/or supervisory position;
(e) Candidates who are not serving in education sector from 1 September 2016 onwards;
(f) Preference will be given to candidates who have different exposures in early childhood education sector;
(g) Preference will be given to candidates who possess higher degrees on early childhood education;
(h) Be able to communicate effectively in Chinese;
(i) Be responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic; and
(j) Have a fine character and integrity.
