職責
高級項目主任的主要職責包括 –
(a) 協助各事務部制訂發展及落實電子檔案保管系統的策略框架;
(b) 與各事務部內外的不同持分者商討有關新檔案分類表的策劃及準備工作,當中包括為各事務部現有檔案分類表進行檢討及修訂工作,以加強檔案分享;
(c) 就發展新的部門檔案管理實務及相關指引提供意見,以規管電子檔案保管系統的使用;
(d) 協助設計有關改革管理的培訓材料 ;
(e) 督導由合約輔助人員組成的團隊,以落實電子檔案保管系統 ;以及
(f) 執行上級指派的其他職務。

A Senior Project Officer is mainly deployed to –
(a) assist in drawing up the strategic framework on the development and implementation of the Electronic Recordkeeping System (ERKS) in the respective Branches;
(b) liaise with various stakeholders inside and outside the respective Branches in relation to planning and preparation of a new records classification scheme, including among others, reviewing and refining the prevailing records classification schemes of the respective Branches to enhance record sharing;
(c) provide input on development of new departmental records management practices and related guidelines governing the use of ERKS;
(d) assist in designing training materials for change management;
(e) supervise a team of supporting contract staff in implementing ERKS; and
(f) perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

入職條件
申請人須:
(a) 持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 符合語文能力的要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績,或具備同等成績(見註(1));
(c) 取得有關學歷後,具備至少十二年一般辦公室行政事務、人力資源管理, 財務策劃及管理、項目管理、資訊科技系統管理等相關範疇的全職工作經驗,曾在政府部門任職更佳,當中至少六年為管理級人員;
(d) 具備良好的中英文講寫能力;
(e) 具備良好的電子檔案管理知識及經驗;
(f) 具備良好的項目管理技巧;以及
(g) 具備良好的人際和溝通技巧,能獨立處理工作。

Applicants should –
(a) have a bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (“HKDSEE”) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (“HKCEE”), or equivalent (see Note (1));
(c) have at least 12 years of full-time post-qualification work experience, preferably in the Government, in the fields of general office administration, human resource management, finance planning and management, project management, IT system management, etc. with at least 6 years at managerial level;
(d) have good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English;
(e) have good knowledge and experience in electronic records management;
(f) have good project management skills; and
(g) have good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work independently.

(1) 政府在聘任非公務員合約員工時,過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)的C級成績,在行政上會被視為等同2007年及其後舉行的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3等級的成績。
