對職系的整體評價:I am the general admin in venue, so the job nature includes personnel, finance, staff relations, etc. This makes me feel tired and complicated.
Most departmental colleagues are nice in my section but many unexpected issues pop up regularly.
其他心得:1. EO is a good choice for stability but you won’t get much satisfaction.
2. Different departments/ postings can be quite diverse so you may need to learn something completely new when you change a new posting.
3. Don’t dream about work-life balance or leave office on time. It rarely happens!
