職責
(a) 向專業及技術人員提供行政和文書支援;
(b) 為會議提供文書及後勤支援;
(c) 監督文書人員履行行政及文書職責;
(d) 為合約員工安排發放服務金和薪金;
(e) 安排核實帳單及員工津貼申領,檔案管理及更新行政和財務紀錄;
(f) 保持消耗品庫存及安排補存;以及
(g) 不時執行由上司分配的其他行政╱文書職務。
其他相關的工作要求: (a)工作時間及地點須視乎部門的運作需要而定。獲錄用者或需(i)輪班工作,不定時工作或隨時侯召工作;以及(ii)不時在戶外工作。(b) 每星期的工作時數會按部門運作需要而定,但每星期不會多於17.5小時。合約期內之任何特定期間並沒有最低工作時數的保證。

(b) To provide clerical and coordination support to meetings;
(c) To supervise clerical staff in performing administrative and clerical duties;
(d) To arrange service and salary payments for contract staff;
(e) To arrange certification of invoices and claims of staff allowance, manage files and update administrative and financial records;
(f) To keep stock of consumables and arrange for replenishment; and
(g) To perform other administrative/ clerical duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time.

(b) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級(註)或以上成績,或具同等成績(註:2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級的成績。);
(c) 具十五年或以上的辦公室工作經驗佔優,當中十年或以上為於大型機構管理文書人員的經驗;
(d) 能操流利粵語,流利英語尤佳;以及
(e) 對電腦軟件有基本知識(例如Microsoft Office Word及Excel)。

(b) met the language proficiency requirement of Level 2 (Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note: “Grade E” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 2” respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth);
(c) preferably 15 years or above experience in office work, including 10 years or above working experience in supervising clerical staff in large-scale institutions;
(d) fluent in Cantonese and preferably in English; and
(e) basic knowledge in computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Word and Excel).
