職責
(a) 策劃和管理用於支援青年交流實習計劃和/或其他青年發展項目的相關措施;
(b) 制訂和協調各項支援非政府機構、教育機構及其他相關青年發展計劃受惠者的措施;
(c) 為活動項目/計劃項目制備工作計劃和協調運作與後勤安排,並訂定應變計劃以確保活動項目/計劃項目能順利有序地完成;
(d) 為青年發展計劃和/或其他活動項目/計劃項目推行宣傳和推廣項目;
(e) 督導青年發展計劃和/或活動項目/計劃項目的推行工作,並為該等工作提供後勤和行政支援服務;
(f) 為民政事務局轄下的委員會/工作小組/專責小組等提供秘書處支援服務;
(g) 安排並參與外訪活動,以推展青年發展措施;
(h) 監督下屬執行有關青年發展事務和/或計劃項目的管理工作;以及
(i) 執行上級指派的其他職務,包括在正常辦公時間以外工作。

(a) To plan and administer relevant initiatives to support youth exchange, internship and/or other youth development programmes;
(b) To formulate and coordinate supportive measures for non-governmental organisations, educational institutions and other youth beneficiaries of the relevant youth development programmes;
(c) To draw up work plans and coordinate the operational and logistical arrangements for events/projects, and to devise contingency plans for ensuring the smooth and orderly completion of the events/projects;
(d) To carry out publicity and promotional initiatives for youth development programmes and/or other events/projects;;
(e) To oversee and provide logistics and administrative support to the implementation of youth development programmes and/or other events/projects;
(f) To provide secretariat support to relevant committees / working groups / task forces / etc. under the purview of Home Affairs Bureau;
(g) To arrange and participate in duty visits outside Hong Kong to take forward youth development initiatives;
(h) To supervise the work of his/her subordinates in the work pertaining to youth development and/or project management; and
(i) To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers, including performing work outside normal office hours.

入職條件
申請人必須:
(a) 持有本港大學頒授的學士學位或具同等學歷;
(b) 香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科均考獲第3級或以上成績,或具同等學歷 [註(1)];
(c) 在取得上述學歷後,具備至少10年全職工作經驗,當中起碼3 年在青年發展項目管理方面擔任全職管理職位。在政府、公營機構或法定組織具相關工作經驗佔優;
(d) 具備充足管理本地或境外的青年交流和實習計劃的經驗;
(e) 具備充足的經驗和能力應付策略規劃、制訂預算、推行計劃和管理活動項目的工作;
(f) 電腦知識良好,包括懂得操作微軟的Word、Excel、PowerPoint軟件和中文文書處理;
(g) 熟悉和十分明白政府或公營機構的運作;
(h) 中英語文講寫能力俱佳,須懂普通話;以及
(i) 具備極佳的策劃、組織、分析和人際技巧,並能在壓力下獨立處理工作。

Applicants should have–
(a) a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) attained “Level 3” or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) / Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [Note (1)];
(c) at least 10 years of post-qualification full-time work experience, including at least 3 years of full-time work experience in managerial positions with responsibilities in management of youth development projects. Relevant work experience in the Government or public or statutory organisations will be an advantage;
(d) proven experience in administering youth exchange and internship programmes, locally or outside Hong Kong;
(e) proven experience and strong capability in carrying out strategic planning, budgeting, programme implementation and event management;
(f) good command of computer knowledge including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
(g) good knowledge and understanding of the operation of the Government or public organisations;
(h) good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English. Knowledge of Putonghua is a must; and
(i) strong planning, organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
