職責
職責：
為促進香港物流業發展提供支援，履行以下職務－
(a) 協助制訂、監督和落實各項推動和支援物流業發展的措施及項目；
(b) 協助監督落實和管理與物流業相關的各項資助計劃及培訓計劃，包括向第三方物流服務供應商資助先導計劃管理委員會提供秘書處支援服務，以及與相關各方進行日常聯繫；
(c) 協助聯繫物流業各持份者；
(d) 為推動跨境物流及貨物運輸提供支援；以及
(e) 履行上級人員指派的其他職務。
(註：或須因應運作需要而不定時工作及／或離港公幹。)

To provide support in enhancing the development of the Hong Kong logistics industry by performing the following duties－
(a) providing assistance in formulating, overseeing and implementing initiatives and projects relating to logistics industry development and support;
(b) providing assistance in overseeing the implementation and administration of various funding schemes and training programmes related to the logistics industry, including secretarial support to the Management Committee of the Pilot Subsidy Scheme for the Third-party Logistics Service Providers as well as day-to-day liaison with relevant parties;
(c) providing support in reaching out and engaging various stakeholders of the logistics industry;
(d) providing support in facilitating cross-boundary logistics and transport of goods; and
(e) performing other duties as assigned by seniors.
(Note : May be required to work irregular hours having regard to operational needs and/or attend duty visits outside Hong Kong.)

入職條件
(a) 持有本港大學頒授的認可學士學位，或具同等學歷；
(b) 在取得有關學歷後，具備至少八年與物流業相關的全職工作經驗，而在最近八年的工作中，至少四年擔任監督職級或主要行政職位。具備(i)跨境物流及貨物運輸，以及(ii)技術或系統開發或管理、數碼化、項目管理或相關工作經驗則更佳；
(c) 溝通、表達技巧及人際關係良好；
(d) 分析能力、判斷力及項目管理技巧良好；
(e) 中、英文講寫能力俱佳，精通普通話則更佳；以及
(f) 電腦知識豐富、應用技能良好，精通系統開發及相關應用程式。
如申請人資歷在截止申請日期前未能完全符合入職條件(a)及(b)其中一項，則申請將不獲考慮。

(b) Have at least 8 years’ post-qualification full-time working experience in the logistics industry, with at least 4 years out of the most recent 8 years at supervisory level or in a key administrative position. Experience in (i) cross-boundary logistics and cargo transport as well as (ii) technology or system development or management, digitalisation, project management or relevant work will be an advantage;
(c) Have good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
(d) Have good analytical, judgement and project management skills;
(e) Have good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage; and
(f) Be proficient in computer knowledge and skills, system development and relevant applications.
Your application will NOT be considered if your qualifications do not fully meet any of the entry requirements (a) and (b) by the closing date for application.
