(b) 為一站式服務平台提供支援，方便金融科技公司在香港開設及拓展業務，並轉介它們與相關人士作進一步聯絡；
(c) 建立廣泛業務網絡及資料庫，方便團隊與金融科技初創公司及香港金融科技界的主要持分者緊密合作，並出席金融科技活動，與主辦機構及持分者交流；
(d) 與香港及海外的團隊成員緊密合作，支持在香港及其他地區舉辦的巡迴展覽及贊助活動，以推行金融科技措施；
(e) 蒐集及分析市場資訊及其他資料，以累積市場知識，並就改善香港作為亞洲領先金融科技中心的競爭力和吸引力提出建議；以及
(f) 處理團隊內的財政預算及資源管理的行政工作，及執行上級指派的其他職務。

Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) is looking for a passionate professional to join its Fintech team as Senior Manager to drive our investment promotion work in this field. You will leverage your sector knowledge, industry experience and network to promote Hong Kong as a Fintech hub. Working with our global network, you will attract and support leading companies from the Mainland and overseas to set up and/or expand their operations in and via Hong Kong.
You will need to demonstrate:
• extensive knowledge and work experience in the Fintech sector, in particular the Insurtech sub-sector, gained in Hong Kong and/or globally;
• strong business acumen and proven record of performance in client-facing activities with savvy marketing and business development skills in the Fintech sector;
• excellent track record of generating leads and capable of managing relationships with ecosystem stakeholders;
• excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and public speaking skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• knowledge of and good understanding of Hong Kong’s business environment and familiarity of business opportunities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area would be an advantage; and
• willingness to conduct Mainland and international travel.
Duties
(a) To support Head, Financial Services and Fintech in implementing a strategy and business plan to attract Mainland and overseas Fintech companies, talent and entrepreneurs to Hong Kong and promote the city as a global Fintech hub;
(b) To provide support to the one-stop service platform to facilitate Fintech companies to set up and expand in the city and connect them with relevant stakeholders;
(c) To build a strong network and database facilitating the team to work closely with Fintech startups and key stakeholders in the Fintech community in Hong Kong, and to attend Fintech events and engage with organisers and stakeholders;
(d) To implement Fintech initiatives through working closely with team members in Hong Kong and overseas to support roadshows and sponsored events organised locally and in other hubs;
(e) To collect and analyse market intelligence and information to build market knowledge and recommend ways to improve Hong Kong’s competitiveness and attractiveness as a leading Fintech hub in Asia; and
(f) To carry out administrative work in the budget and resource management of the team, and any other work as required by the management.
You will need to demonstrate:

(a) A minimum of five years’ relevant full-time work experience gained in account management, business development, marketing and/or project management within Fintech or financial services sector, or foreign direct investment promotion;
(b) A Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, preferably in business administration, finance, computer science, mathematics, economics or international marketing, or related fields. A higher degree would be an advantage;
(c) Demonstrable knowledge and good understanding of Fintech ecosystems, blockchain, Regtech, Wealthtech, Insurtech, cyber security and artificial intelligence, and work experience in Fintech companies or industry. Investment promotion or economic development experience would be an advantage;
(d) Good networks within the Hong Kong and/or overseas Fintech startup ecosystems is desirable; and
(e) A good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English. Proficiency in another language would be an advantage.
