職責
(a) 透過研究分析和訪校,了解學校服務需要及辨識有效的教學/支援措施;
(b) 收集、整合及製作學習資源,優化第一層及第二層支援教學以協助有讀寫困難的中學生;
(c) 與教師協作,在校內試行課堂援策略以促進學習;
(d) 協調、計劃及參與評估計劃成效;
(e) 組織及舉辦教師培訓活動以分享知識及教學策略;以及
(f) 執行其他相關獲指派的職務。

入職條件
(a) 持有香港所頒授主修中國語文或社會科學科目學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;
(c) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績[參閱註(i)],或具備同等成績;
(d) 在取得學士學位後具備5年有關的教學經驗;或具備8年有關的教學經驗,當中最少有3年教授中學人文科學相關學科或中國語文的教學經驗;
(e) 具備教導及/或支援有特殊教育需要學生的經驗;以及
(f) 具備發展校本課程支援有讀寫困難中學生的經驗者優先。

(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
(c) Level 3 or above in Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) [See Note (i)], or equivalent;
(d) A total of 5 years' relevant post-degree teaching experiences; or a total of 8 years' relevant teaching experiences, with at least three years of experiences fully covering the secondary level in the subject of humanities or Chinese Language;
(e) Experiences in teaching and / or providing support to students with special educational needs; and
(f) Experiences in developing school-based curriculum or resources on helping secondary school students with SpLD preferred.

(i) 政府在聘任時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
