職責
投資推廣署現正物色一名積極、經驗豐富及充滿熱忱的人才,加入其市場推廣及傳訊團隊擔任經理一職。
你的主要職責是協助團隊推行市場推廣及傳訊策略,透過內容推廣吸引海外及內地企業來港投資,並與投資推廣署本地及海外辦事處的同事、相關行業持分者及商業伙伴合作。
要勝任以上職位,你須:
• 具備內容推廣、數碼推廣、翻譯以及策劃及推行社交媒體項目方面的相關經驗;
• 優秀的中英文寫作和溝通能力;

Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) is looking for a proactive, experienced and enthusiastic candidate to join our Marketing and Communications team as Manager.
Your key role is to assist the team in implementing marketing and communications strategies for attracting overseas and Mainland businesses to invest in Hong Kong through content marketing, as well as working with colleagues across InvestHK local and overseas offices, stakeholders and business partners.
You will need to demonstrate:
• proven experience in content marketing, digital marketing, translation as well as planning and implementing marketing and social media campaigns;
• excellent writing and communications skills in English and Chinese;
• proficiency in liaising with internal and external stakeholders and vendors; and
• ability of working independently, excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, a proactive attitude, good interpersonal and co-ordination skills, strong business acumen and work ethics.
Duties
• To develop and update marketing materials for InvestHK, taking into account new government policies and the latest developments in Hong Kong’s business environment;
• To provide support to content marketing, including editing, translating and proofreading of marketing collaterals and publications;
• To provide support around digital marketing, including managing the content and updating of websites;
• To develop, design and prepare social media posts across different social media channels;
• To identify, manage and work with external agencies, including production houses and vendors, on advertisement artwork and other marketing collaterals;
• To co-ordinate with sector and overseas teams and compile reports;
• To handle quotations and payments, other administrative and procurement matters; and
• To undertake any other duties as assigned.

• A Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, preferably in marketing, communications, translation, advertising or a related field;
• A minimum of three years of relevant full-time work experience gained in marketing and communications, advertising or digital marketing;
• Familiarity of implementing effective strategies on digital media and other social media platforms;
• Meet the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (see Notes (a) to (c));
• Proficiency in translation between English and Chinese; knowledge of other language(s) would be an advantage; and
• Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing, and in the applications of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
