投資推廣署現正物色一名積極且充滿幹勁的行政經理(企業支援/人力資源)。
職位
行政經理(企業支援/人力資源)將向投資推廣署及駐內地辦事處和海外經濟貿易辦事處的招商引才專組(“專組”)提供支援及內部管理服務。你將於投資推廣署及專組的人事管理及一般行政事宜擔任重要角色。
要勝任以上職位,你須:

Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) is looking for a motivated and energetic candidate as Executive Manager (Corporate Services/ Human Resources).
The Role
Executive Manager (Corporate Services/ Human Resources) will provide support in housekeeping the InvestHK and Dedicated Teams for Attracting Businesses and Talents (Dedicated Teams) based in the Mainland Offices and the overseas Hong Kong Economic and Trade Offices (HKETOs). You will play a crucial role in handling human resources management and general administration of InvestHK local office and the Dedicated Teams.
You will need to demonstrate:
(a) A good understanding of the role of InvestHK;
(b) ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and ability to respond effectively to ad hoc requests at short notice;
(c) strong interpersonal and language skills, and cultural sensitivity to work with cross-border and multicultural teams;
(d) excellent communication and liaison skills with strong co-ordinating ability; and
(e) attention to details and a proactive attitude with strong work ethics.
Duties
(a) To assist in human resources management including appointment, performance management and training, etc.;
(b) To monitor the staffing position of the Dedicated Teams based in the Mainland Offices and overseas HKETOs and act as the general liaison point;
(c) To provide support in administrative matters; and
(d) To perform any other duties assigned by senior officers.
The Role

(b) 具備與中華人民共和國有關勞動法例(如《中華人民共和國勞動法》及《中華人民共和國勞動合同法》)相關的知識及/工作經驗,或具備政府部門/公營機構工作經驗較佳;
(c) 持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷,以主修人力資源管理或相關學科為佳;
(d) 具備內地及法制法規的知識及/或經驗者較佳;
(e) 中英文書面溝通技巧卓越,並能操流利廣東話、普通話及英語,通曉其他語言更佳;
(f) 符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得二級成績或具備同等成績(見註(a)至(c));以及
(g) 精通Microsoft Word、Excel及PowerPoint。
(b) 具備與中華人民共和國有關勞動法例(如《中華人民共和國勞動法》及《中華人民共和國勞動合同法》)相關的知識及/工作經驗,或具備政府部門/公營機構工作經驗較佳;
(c) 持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷,以主修人力資源管理或相關學科為佳;

(a) 4 years of relevant full-time work experience gained in human resources management or similar;
(b) knowledge and/ or work experience related to labour-related law of the People’s Republic of China (such as Labour Law of the People’s Republic of China and Labor Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China), or experience of working in the government/ public bodies would be an advantage;
(c) A Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, preferably in human resources management or related subjects;
(d) A strong command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English. Knowledge of other language(s) would be an advantage;
(e) Meet the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (see Notes (a) to (c)); and
(f) Excellent skills of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
