香港投資推廣署是香港特別行政區政府屬下部門,專責引進外來直接投資,並鼓勵這些投資項目留港發展。香港投資推廣署成立初創企業團隊,旨在吸引富創意而又具影響力的初創公司在香港開設業務。創企業團隊以「StartmeupHK」為品牌,為初創公司提供一站式的服務平台,協助它們進駐香港,並推廣香港成為首選初創目的地,協助建立初創生態圈,讓香港成為對世界各地企業家具吸引力的地點及樞紐。

職位
你的主要職責是為初創企業團隊提供行政及後勤支援服務,以協助部門投資推廣的工作,從而吸引內地及海外公司來港開設或拓展業務。

(a) 進行市場研究及整理內部數據以支援團隊擬備摘要及報告;
(b) 協助數據輸入及管理部門資料庫及電腦系統;
(c) 跟進團隊的數碼推廣活動,包括更新網站和不同社交媒體的內容及制作和發送電子通訊;
(d) 支援初創企業團隊制作及推廣其旗艦活動「StartmeupHK 創業節」;
(e) 協助團隊開展投資推廣活動,包括與內外各方聯絡及處理相關的後勤安排;
(f) 為初創企業團隊的日常營運提供行政支援服務,包括安排會議、提交發還款項的申請;以及
(g) 執行上司指派的其他職務。

Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) is the department of HKSAR tasked to attract and retain foreign direct investment in Hong Kong. InvestHK launched its Startups team to attract innovative and scalable entrepreneurs to Hong Kong. The team, under the brand name of StartmeupHK, provides a one-stop service platform to support startups setting up in the city, promote Hong Kong as a premier startup destination and help build our ecosystem to transform the city into an attractive destination and hub for entrepreneurs from around the world.
InvestHK is now recruiting a candidate to join our Startups team to help deliver our mission and objectives.
The Role
Your key functions are to provide administrative and logistic support to the Startups team in the delivery of investment promotion missions of the department to attract Mainland and overseas companies to set up or expand business operations in Hong Kong.
Duties
(a) Conduct desktop research and collate internal data to support the preparation of briefs and presentation materials;
(b) Help with data entry and maintenance of the departmental databases and computer systems;
(c) Follow up with the team’s digital marketing activities, including updating the content of websites and other social media channels, and production and distribution of its e-newsletter;
(d) Support the team in the production and marketing of its flagship startup event the StartmeupHK Festival;
(e) Assist the team in its investment promotion activities, including liaison with internal/external parties and handling the related logistical arrangements;
(f) Provide administrative assistance to the Startups team’s daily operation, including appointment scheduling, submissions of claim; and
(g) Perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

入職條件
(a) 具備兩年在工商管理、行政支援、翻譯、市場推廣、公共關係或相關領域的全職工作經驗為佳。具備初創企業工作經驗更佳;
(b) 持有香港任何一所大學所頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷,以主修工商管理、傳理學、翻譯、項目/活動管理、市場學、公共關係或相關學系者更佳;
(c) 中英文書面溝通技巧優良,並能操流利廣東話、普通話及英語。通曉其他語言者更佳;以及
(d) 精通英文及中文文書處理及以下應用程式︰Microsoft Word、Excel及PowerPoint。

(a) Two years of relevant full-time work experience gained in business administration, administrative support, translation, marketing, public relations or a related field is preferred. Previous working experience in startup companies would be an advantage;
(b) A Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, preferably in business administration, communications, translation, project/event management, marketing, public relations, or a related field;
(c) Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English. Proficiency in other languages would be an advantage; and
(d) Proficient in English and Chinese word processing, and in the applications of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
