職責
行政助理主要負責:
(a) 提供行政支援;
(b) 處理辦公室行政、檔案管理及有關辦公地方事宜;
(c) 執行人力資源職務,例如人事管理及人員編制建議;
(d) 提供後勤支援予會議/簡介會及作記錄;及
(e) 督導文書和其他初級人員。
(註:或需超時工作。)

An Executive Assistant is mainly deployed on –
(a) providing executive support to senior officers;
(b) handling office administration, record management and accommodation matters;
(c) discharging HR functions such as personnel management and staffing proposals;
(d) providing logistic support for meetings/briefings and to take notes; and
(e) supervising clerical and other junior staff in the office.
(Note: May be required to work overtime.)

(a) 持有香港任何一所大學所頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷;
(b) 符合語文能力的要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得「二級」成績,或具備同等成績[註];
(c) 在取得學位後,具備至少一年全職工作經驗;
(d) 良好中英文口語及寫作能力;
(e) 具備良好的組織能力、溝通及人際關係技巧;及
(f) 良好電腦應用知識,包括微軟Excel、Word及PowerPoint軟件。

(b) met the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [Note];
(c) at least one year’s post-degree full-time working experience;
(d) good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
(e) good organisation, communication and interpersonal skills; and
(f) good knowledge of computer applications including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

綜合招聘考試的中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」,並以「二級」為最高等級。政府在聘任非公務員時,香港中學文憑考試中國語文科「第 5 級」或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科 「C 級」或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科「第 5 級」或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科「C 級」或以上成績;或 General Certificate of Education(Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language 科「C 級」或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。在International English Language Testing System(IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得 6.5 或以上,並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於 6 的成 績 的 申請人,在 IELTS 考試成績的兩年有效期內,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。IELTS 考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
