職責
投資推廣署現正物色一名充滿熱忱、以結果為本的優秀專才,擔任傳媒關係及公共事務總裁一職。
職位
傳媒關係及公共事務總裁將為投資推廣署制定公關策略,以提升其在香港,內地及海外市場(包括報章、電視、數碼及社交媒體)的形象及影響力。他/她也將為首長級人員及管理層的媒體活動提供支援。
要勝任以上職位,你須:
(a) 充分瞭解投資推廣署的角色,並對香港及國際營商環境具備深入認識;
(b) 在公共關係、公共事務和傳訊領域擁有卓越往績;
(c) 與本地、內地及海外媒體有緊密聯繫;
(d) 具備強大的領導和監督技能,以提高團隊成員的績效;
(e) 能在壓力下獨立工作並能按時完成任務;
(f) 具備優秀語言能力及表達技巧;和
(g) 具備出色的溝通及聯絡技巧。
職責
(a) 為部門制定整體公關策略,策劃和執行多項公關活動,包括新聞採訪、媒體宣傳、新聞發佈會、簡報會以及投資推廣署管理層和其客戶的採訪;
(b) 制定和實施與持份者,包括媒體、意見領袖、政府決策局/部門及相關機構的互動策略;
(c) 積極尋找創新策略推廣投資推廣署及說好香港故事;
(d) 為投資推廣署及其客戶準備新聞稿、媒體採訪及演講資料;
(e) 每日監察有關投資推廣署、全球經濟及外國直接投資趨勢的重大議題;
(f) 處理媒體詢問和媒體危機,及協助問題管理並與內部和外部持份者協調,以有效塑造公眾對投資推廣署和香港的整體看法;以及
(g) 在需要時執行其他指定職責及職務。

Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) is looking for a passionate, high-calibre, result-oriented professional as Head, Media & Public Relations.
The Role
The Head, Media & Public Relations will develop the public relations (PR) strategy for InvestHK to raise its profile on various channels (including print, TV, digital and social media) in Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas markets. He/She will also support the Directorates and the senior team in media engagement.
You will need to demonstrate:
(a) A good understanding of the role of InvestHK with knowledge of the local and international business environment;
(b) proven track record in the field of PR, public affairs and communications;
(c) strong connection with local, mainland and overseas media;
(d) strong leadership and supervision skills to drive performance of team members;
(e) ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
(f) strong language skills and presentation skills; and
(g) excellent communication and liaison skills.
Duties
(a) To develop an overall PR strategy for the department, plan and execute a wide range of PR activities, including editorial news stories, media pitching, press conference, media briefing and interviews for senior team of InvestHK and InvestHK’s clients;
(b) To develop and implement engagement strategies with stakeholders, including media, key opinion leaders, government bureaux/departments and related organisations;
(c) To actively explore innovative strategies to promote InvestHK and tell the Hong Kong story;
(d) To prepare press releases for InvestHK and its clients, materials for media interviews and speeches;
(e) To monitor daily news for major issues related to InvestHK, global economic and Foreign Direct Investment trends;
(f) To manage media enquiries and media crisis, as well as support on issue management and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to effectively shape public perception for InvestHK and Hong Kong as a whole; and
(g) To perform any other duties and assignments as and when required.

(a) 具備10年的相關全職工作經驗,而該等經驗須在以下範疇取得:公共關係、公共事務或市場推廣及傳訊,具備政府或公共機構工作經驗者更佳;
(b) 持有香港任何一所大學所頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷;如有更高學歷者更佳;
(c) 中英文書面溝通技巧卓越,並能操流利廣東話、普通話及英語;
(d) 精通以下應用程式︰Microsoft Word、Excel及PowerPoint;以及
(e) 具備拍攝/編輯影片、社交媒體推廣及數碼市場推廣經驗者更佳。
(b) 持有香港任何一所大學所頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷;如有更高學歷者更佳;

(b) A Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; more advanced degree(s) would be an advantage;
(c) A strong command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English;
(d) Excellent skills of Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
(e) Experience in video shooting/editing, social media promotion and digital marketing would be an advantage.
