職責
1. 協助處理顧客服務工作及進行相關資料分析與研究；
2. 協助制訂提升場地設施的工作計劃；以及
3. 協助建立提高運作效率及客戶服務質素的方案。

入職條件
1. 具備香港特別行政區永久性居民身份；
2. 現時正在專上院校修讀第二年級(三年制)或第三年級(四年制)全日制學士學位課程，主修/專修款待與旅遊管理學，或同等學科；以及
3. 具備良好中、英語文水平及電腦知識，曾於博物館、遊客中心、文物古蹟景點、展覽場地等從事顧客服務者優先。
2. 現時正在專上院校修讀第二年級(三年制)或第三年級(四年制)全日制學士學位課程，主修/專修款待與旅遊管理學，或同等學科；以及
3. 具備良好中、英語文水平及電腦知識，曾於博物館、遊客中心、文物古蹟景點、展覽場地等從事顧客服務者優先。
1. Applicants must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and current students of a full-time undergraduate programme in a tertiary education institution in Hong Kong or overseas.
2. Applicants should currently be a full-time Year 2 student under 3-year curriculum or a full-time Year 3 student under 4-year curriculum with their major field / concentration of study in Hospitality and Tourism Management, or equivalent.
3. Applicants should possess good command of English and Chinese and good computer literacy; experience of customer service in museums, visitor centres, heritage sites, exhibition venues, etc. is preferable.
