職責
(a) 協助中心主任監督「為無律師代表訴訟人提供法律意見的試驗計劃」（「計劃」）的運作，包括處理在計劃下提交的申請; 以及
(b) 向計劃的當事人就程序事宜提供意見。
(a) To assist the Centre-in-Charge of the Pilot Scheme to Provide Legal Advice for Litigants in Person (“the Scheme”) in overseeing the general operation of the Scheme, including processing applications submitted under the Scheme; and
(b) to give procedural advice to the clients of the Scheme.
入職條件
申請人須：
(a) 在香港取得律師資格及已執業不少於6年; 或
(b) 在香港取得大律師資格及已執業不少於6年;
(c) 具備優良的中文及英文書寫能力，能操流利粵語及英語，具備普通話說話能力更佳;
(d) 具備良好溝通及交際能力；
(e) 具備於香港執業並從事訴訟的經驗；以及
(f) 對香港民事訴訟程序及運作具備充足知識。
Candidates should:
(a) be admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and have practised for not less than 6 years; or
(b) be admitted as a barrister in Hong Kong and have practised for not less than 6 years;
(c) have strong command of written English and Chinese, be fluent in spoken English and Cantonese, the ability to speak Putonghua would be an advantage;
(d) have good communication and interpersonal skills;
(e) have experience in litigation practice in Hong Kong; and
(f) be knowledgeable in civil litigation procedures and practice in Hong Kong.
