職責
(a) 協助改進資訊系統，包括數據建立、更新、清除、轉換和系統測試等; (b) 協助處理有關政府物業的事宜，其中包括市場推廣、樓宇估值、租務事項等；(c) 執行實地視察工作及準備視察工作報告；(d) 草擬物業招標文件，租約草圖及出租政府物業的書信；(e) 收集及選取相類租金資料以評估物業租值；(f) 收集及分析有關政府土地運用的資料；(g)處理查詢及投訴；及(h) 執行由上級分派的其他任務。(注意： 或需在戶外工作及在星期六、星期日及公眾假期工作。)

入職條件
(a) i) 持有香港其中一間大學／理工學院或香港專業教育學院／科技學院／工業學院所頒發的物業估價／房地產管理／物業及設施管理／建築技術及管理／測量等有關學科的副學位、高級文憑、文憑或高級証書，及在獲得上述資格後具備最少一年的相關工作經驗；或具備同等學歷；或
ii) 持有香港認可大學頒授的測量／土地管理／房地產／建立工程及管理等有關學科的學位；或具備同等學歷；(b) 在香港中學文憑試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科須達第2等級或以上成績，或具備同等學歷；(c) 能操流利英語，粵語及普通話；及(d) 熟悉應用電腦軟體，如 Microsoft Word，Foxpro及Excel等。
(註: 政府在聘任非公務員合約僱員時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級的成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年及其後舉行的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2等級的成績。)
Applicants should (a) i) have an Associate Degree / Higher Diploma / Diploma or Higher Certificate in Property Valuation / Estate Management / Property and Facilities Management / Building Technology and Management / Surveying from a Hong Kong university / polytechnic or the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / technical college / technical institute, or equivalent plus at least one year’s post-qualification working experience in relevant fields; or ii) have a Degree in Surveying / Land Management / Real Estate / Building Engineering and Management from a recognized Hong Kong university; or equivalent; (b) have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and (c) be fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua; and (d) have good knowledge in the application of computer software such as Microsoft Word, FoxPro, Excel, etc.
(Note : For the purpose of appointment of non-civil service contract staff, ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.)
