職責
- (a)Provide support in monitoring the overall performance of consultants and the quality control of works done by work contractors taking charge of projects;
- (b)Conduct audit checking on the site as necessary to ensure the site works are completed to the required standards;
- (c)Check repair proposals and estimates prepared by consultants and works contractors;
- (d)Coordinate and liaise with consultants, works contractors and schools on works projects;
- (e)Prepare and issue works orders to works contractors for execution of site works;
- (f)Supervise the work of an Assistant Maintenance Officer; and
- (g)Required to work irregular hours and perform outdoor duties.
入職條件
- (a)取得香港理工大學／理工學院、香港專業教育學院或工業學院／科技學院頒發的建築或建築學文憑或高級證書，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級
註] 或以上成績，或具同等成績； 以及
(c)取得資格後具備六年相關經驗，其中最少兩年任督導人員。
- (a)A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building or Building Studies from a Hong Kong polytechnic university/polytechnic or the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) or a technical institute/technical college; or equivalent;
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and
- (c)Six years' relevant post-qualification experience with at least two years in supervisory level.

政府在聘任時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
