- (a)透過先導計劃，與非政府組織合作，發展一套升學就業輔導模式，以照顧特別背景的學生；
- (b)因應個別的學生群組， 策劃、監管及外判為這些學生而設的升學就業準備計劃；
- (c)處理外判項目的招標工作；
- (d)與非政府組織聯繫，監察、指導並管理外判項目的進度及營運；
- (e)提出預算計劃書並監管外判項目的財政狀況，處理查詢和提問，為所監察的服務編寫統計報告及作出檢討；
- (f)籌辦支援這些學生進行生涯規劃的講座；以及
- (g)就這些學生的升學就業輔導需要，向升學及輔導組提供意見。

職責
- (a)To develop a career guidance service mode, in collaboration with a non-governmental organization (NGO) through a pilot project, to cater for the life planning and career guidance needs of students with particular background;
- (b)To plan, oversee and outsource a project on career preparation for a targeted student group;
- (c)To conduct tendering process;
- (d)To liaise with NGOs, supervise, advise and monitor their running of the outsourced project(s);
- (e)To recommend budgetary proposals and monitor the use of budgetary provision for the outsourcing project(s), handle enquiries, compile statistical return and conduct review on the services supervised;
- (f)To conduct seminars on supporting the students concerned for life planning; and
- (g)To advise the Career Guidance Section on career guidance service for these students.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港所頒授的學士學位及本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；持有與教育有關的高級學位的申請人可獲優先考慮；
- (b)具備優良的中、英文寫作能力及良好的英語和廣東話口語能力；以及
- (c)於取得學位後，在教育方面具有不少於二十年的工作經驗，其中最少有十年在本港中學提供升學及就業輔導或在相關機構的行政和項目管理經驗。

- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent; a higher degree in education is preferred;
- (b)Very good command of written English and Chinese; oral proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential; and
- (c)At least 20 years' post-degree experience in education, of which at least 10 years should be in the service of providing career guidance at secondary school or administration and project management in relevant organisation.
