職責
經理(規劃及行政)的主要職務是協助創意香港總行政主任(規劃及發展)執行下列工作:
(a) 監督行政組的一般行政事宜,包括辦公地方、檔案資料系統及日常運作;
(b) 執行人力資源管理職能,包括人力策劃、招聘及員工管理事宜;
(c) 監督資源管理及財務事宜,並統籌資源分配工作的預算草案及申請;
(d) 統籌採購工作,並監督資訊科技行政事宜;
(e) 協助規劃和實施推動創意產業範疇發展的措施;
(f) 協助規劃和進行創意香港有關結構及其他專責檢討工作;
(g) 其他由主管指派的工作。
M(PA) is to assist the Chief Executive Officer (Planning and Development) of CreateHK:
(a) To oversee the general administration matters, including office accommodation, filing registry and day-to-day operation of the administration team;
(b) To perform human resources management functions, including manpower planning, recruitment and staff management matters;
(c) To oversee the resources management and finance matters and coordinate the draft estimates and bids for the resource allocation exercise;
(d) To coordinate procurement exercises and oversee information technology administration matters;
(e) To assist in the planning and implementation of initiatives to drive the creative economy;
(f) To assist in planning and conducting structural and ad hoc review exercises of CreateHK;
(g) To perform other duties assigned by the supervisors.

應徵者須具備以下條件:
(a) 持有本港大學頒授的文學、社會科學、工商管理、商學(包括金融、經濟、財務管理) 或相關專業的學士學位,或具同等學歷;
(b) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科成績達第三級,或同等學歷;(註)
(c) 取得學歷後具備最少十年在管理層面任職(包括一般行政,財務和物資管理和/或人力資源管理) 的工作經驗;
(d) 通曉中英文文書處理、試算表及簡報表等應用軟件;及
(e) 具獨立工作的能力,良好的分析、組織、解難、溝通和書寫報告技巧。中英文書寫能力優良,能操良好英語,粵語及普通話。良好員工管理技巧和韌力。應徵者須具最少四年在政府、半官方機構或公營服務界別的相關職務及管理經驗。
[註:政府在聘任非公務員合約僱員時,二零零七年前香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)“C”級的成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同二零零七年及之後香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科“第3等級”的成績。]
Candidates should have:
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor degree, or equivalent in Arts, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Financial Management or a related discipline;
(b) Attained Level 3 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent [Note];
(c) A minimum of ten years’ post-qualification working experience at managerial level, in the field of general administration, financial and supplies management and/or human resources management;
(d) Sound knowledge of application software, including English and Chinese word processing, Excel and Power point; and
(e) The ability to work independently, strong problem-solving, analytical, organizing, communication and writing skills, and have excellent command of written English and Chinese and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Strong staff management skills and resilient. At least four years’ relevant experience in government or quasi-government bodies or public service sector will be required.
[Note: For non-civil service appointment purpose, ‘Grade C’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 3’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
