職責
引進重點企業辦公室主任負責為香港引進重點企業的工作提供高層策略指導,其主要職責包括—
a) 領導及協調政府引進重點企業來港的工作,與相關決策局/部門、公營機構及其他持份者建立良好工作關係;
b) 就制定吸引重點企業的政策和策略向財政司司長和有關主要官員提供建議;
c) 領導接觸目標重點企業的工作並監督本地和非本地的公關和推廣活動;
d) 領導制定鼓勵重點企業的針對性方案並報請政府高層批准;
e) 監督與目標重點企業商討在香港設立業務的方案;
f) 支援財政司司長主持的引進重點企業諮詢委員會和監督委員會秘書處的工作;以及
g) 督導引進重點企業辦公室的工作。

Director-General of Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises (DG/OASES) is required to provide high-level strategic steer for the tasks of attracting strategic enterprises. His/Her main duties include –
a) To spearhead and co-ordinate Government-wide efforts in attracting strategic enterprises to Hong Kong, forging rapport with relevant bureaux/departments as well as public bodies and other stakeholders;
b) To provide advice to the Financial Secretary (FS) and relevant principal officials on the development of policies and strategies on attracting strategic enterprises;
c) To lead the calls on priority target strategic companies and oversee local and non-local public relations and promotional activities;
d) To lead the design of tailored packages of incentives to be offered to strategic enterprises and seek approval from the senior echelon;
e) To oversee the negotiations with targeted strategic enterprises on setting up their operations in Hong Kong under the package;
f) To oversee the secretariat support for the Advisory Committee on Attracting Strategic Enterprises chaired by the FS; and
g) To head and manage the OASES.

入職條件
申請人於獲聘時須為香港特別行政區永久性居民,並必須在截止申請日期前—
a) 具備最少15年擔任高層行政及管理職位的經驗,如曾於大型公共或私人機構工作將獲優先考慮。具備市場營銷、業務拓展、投資或貿易推廣相關工作經驗更佳;
b) 持有本港大學頒授的學士或深造學位,或同等學歷;
c) 具備卓越的領導和管理才能,以及良好溝通和演講技巧;
d) 具備國際視野,熟悉內地與香港的營商環境、香港的獨特角色及對國家政策的貢獻;具備敏銳的商業觸覺、豐富的商業知識,以及與不同持份者合作的良好往績;以及
e) 具備良好中英文書寫能力,並能說良好的粵語、普通話及英語。

Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) at the time of appointment and should possess by the application deadline –
a) At least 15 years of administrative and managerial experience in senior positions, preferably with large public or private organisations. Experience in marketing, business development, trade or investment promotion would be an advantage;
b) a Bachelor or post-graduate degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
c) strong leadership and management capabilities, good communication and public speaking skills;
d) an international perspective with a good understanding of the Mainland and Hong Kong business environment, Hong Kong’s unique role and contributions to the national policies, strong business sense and solid commercial knowledge, and proven track record of working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders; and
e) strong command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English.
