職責
合約物料供應服務員的主要職責為 (a) 處理一般物料管理工作,包括收發制服或其他物料、記錄物料分類帳,以及保持倉庫整潔; (b) 協助處置不能再供使用的制服; (c) 協助更新各項採購記錄,以及編製報表; (d) 為辦公室提供文書支援服務;以及 (e) 執行上級編配的其他職務。
The Contract Supplies Attendant is mainly deployed on (a) handling general storekeeping duties, including receiving and issuing of uniform or other stores items, posting stores ledgers and maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the storehouse; (b) assisting in disposal of unserviceable uniform items; (c) assisting in updating various procurement records and compiling returns; (d) providing clerical support services to the office; and (e) performing any other duties as assigned by the senior officers.
入職條件
申請人必須 (a)完成中五課程,或具同等學歷; (b) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績,或具同等成績;及 (c) 取得資格後,具有至少一年工作經驗。具備電腦及應用軟件(例如MS Word和MS Excel)操作知識者,可獲優先考慮。
Candidates should have (a) completed Secondary 5; (b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; (c) at least one year’s post-qualification working experience. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge in computer and use of application software, such as MS Word and MS Excel.
入職條件(註)
2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
