職責
(1) 負責會計職務,包括持續監察所有郵政局郵繳通服務後勤支援辦公室的日常運作;
(2) 監督香港郵政總部出納組的日常運作,以及
(3) 協助制定內部監控職能和應高級管理層要求擬備報告。
(1) To undertake accounting duties including the on-going monitoring of the daily operation of the back office supporting the PayThruPost Service for all post offices;
(2) Overseeing the daily operations of the Cashier Unit at the Hongkong Post Headquarters and
(3) Assisting in the development of internal control functions, compilation of reports as requested by the senior management.
入職條件
(1) 持有本港大學頒授的會計學學位或具備同等學歷;或
為香港會計師公會專業資格課程的註冊學生或具備同等資歷;
(2) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(2007年以前應為「課程乙」)取得第2等級(2007年以前應為「E級」)或以上成績,或具備同等學歷;
(3) 畢業後擁有最少兩年全職會計工作經驗;
(4) 熟悉使用MS Excel、 MS PowerPoint和MS Word; 以及
(5) 具備良好分析技巧,並富團隊精神,兼具組織能力、工作為本和積極投入的態度。
(1) A Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, or equivalent; or
be a registered student of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (previously known as Hong Kong Society of Accountants) Qualification Programme, or equivalent;
(2) Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examinations (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(3) A minimum of two years full time working experience in accounting after graduation;
(4) Excellent skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word; and
(5) Strong analytical skills, and the qualities of an organized, task-oriented and committed team player.
