主要負責擔任以下工作 –
- (a)協助推行政策、計劃項目及策劃活動；
- (b)負責各工作小組和委員會、活動和海外考察的秘書處及後勤支援工作；
- (c)為辦事處提供行政支援，其中包括負責處理公眾的投訴及查詢；以及
- (d)就各類政策及項目作研究。
職責
Mainly deployed to –
- (a)assist in the planning and implementation of policies, projects and events;
- (b)provide logistical and secretariat support to boards and committees, events and overseas duty visits;
- (c)provide administrative support to the office, including the handling of public complaints and enquiries; and
- (d)research on various policies and projects.
入職條件
申請人須－
- (a)持有香港特別行政區院校所頒授的學士學位或具備同等學歷；
- (b)於取得以上學歷後，具有不少於三年管理方面的相關經驗，尤以策劃及推行項目計劃及/或活動經驗為佳；
- (c)具備良好中文及英文書寫及會話溝通技巧(能操普通話者為佳)，及在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科取得第3等級或以上成績，或具同等學歷〈註1〉；以及
- (d)有良好人際關係及應付緊迫工作時間表的能力。
Candidates should have -
- (a)a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or equivalent;
- (b)at least three years’ post-qualification experience in management field, preferably in planning and implementation of projects and/or organisation of events;
- (c)good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English (ability to speak Putonghua is an advantage), with Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note 1); and
- (d)good interpersonal skills and be able to cope with tight working schedules.

- (1)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級成績。
