- (a)協助與持份者聯繫溝通，收集他們對發展中醫醫院的意見；
- (b)協助研究和分析從不同平台╱途徑收集到的市場或持份者對發展中醫醫院的意見；
- (c)協助擬訂有關發展中醫醫院的招標文件；
- (d)協助成立制定招標評分制度的工作小組，並為工作小組提供支援；
- (e)協助上級進行中醫醫院的招標工作；
- (f)協助中醫醫院招標中收到的投標書的評審工作；以及
- (g)執行上級指派的其他職務。
職責
- (a)To assist in engaging stakeholders in soliciting views on the development of Chinese medicine hospital;
- (b)To assist in studying and analysing market feedback and stakeholders’ views on the development of Chinese medicine hospital collected from various platforms/channels;
- (c)To assist in preparing tender documents in relation to the development of Chinese hospital;
- (d)To assist in setting up the working group for formulating the marking scheme for the tendering exercise and to provide support to the working group;
- (e)To assist senior officers in conducting the tendering exercise for the Chinese medicine hospital;
- (f)To assist in the assessment of bids received in the tendering exercise for the Chinese medicine hospital; and
- (g)To carry out any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
入職條件
申請人須：
- (a)持有(i)本港大學頒授的中醫學╱中藥藥劑學學士學位，或同等學歷；或(ii)中華人民共和國教育部批准註冊的大學所頒授以中醫學╱中藥藥劑學為主流的學士學位，或同等學歷；
- (b)為香港中醫藥管理委員會註冊中醫，具兩年或以上在香港的中醫執業經驗；以及
- (c)具備良好的中英語文能力。
Candidates should –
- (a)possess
- (i)a Bachelor degree in Chinese Medicine/Pharmacy in Chinese Medicine from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; or
- (ii)a Bachelor degree from a university registered under the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China with main stream in Chinese medicine/Pharmacy in Chinese Medicine, or equivalent;
- (b)be a registered Chinese medicine practitioner of the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong with at least 2 years’ experience in practising Chinese medicine in Hong Kong; and
- (c)possess good command of both English and Chinese.
