職責
合約物料助理的主要職責為(a)協助處理一般物料管理工作,包括收發物料、記錄分類帳,以及保持倉庫整潔;(b)為物料單據作甄別及存檔;(c)協助二級物料供應員(貨倉)訂購政府庫存物品及大量採購合約物品;(d)協助二級物料供應員(貨倉)定期盤點存貨;(e)催辦未完成的訂單,並為已完成的訂單安排付款;以及(f)為物料供應組提供文書支援服務。
The Contract Supplies Assistant is mainly deployed on (a) assisting in general storekeeping duties including receiving and issuing of stores, ledger posting and maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the storehouse; (b) screening and filing of stores vouchers; (c) assisting Supplies Supervisor II (Store) in ordering government stock items and bulk contract items; (d) assisting Supplies Supervisor II (Store) in carrying out periodic stocktaking; (e) hastening outstanding orders and arranging payment of completed orders; and (f) providing clerical support to the Supplies Section.
入職條件
申請人須(a)中五畢業或具備同等學歷;(b)操流利廣東話及簡單英語,能讀寫中文及簡單英文;(c)熟悉電腦軟件應用,例如MS Word、MS Excel及中文輸入法;以及 (d)具一年工作經驗者,可獲優先考慮。
Candidates should (a) be a Secondary 5 graduate or equivalent; (b) be able to speak fluent Cantonese and simple English, read and write Chinese and simple English; (c) be conversant with computer software application. e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, Chinese word processing; and (d) preferably have one year’s working experience.
