- (a)協助為中、小學和辦學團體提供專業支援、與學校人員就公事緊密聯繫、與學校/辦學團體聯絡、計劃/進行學校探訪、草擬文件和簡報等；
- (b)協助為教師安排研討會和會議，以及為學生安排學習活動；
- (c)協助收集資料及推廣經驗/成果，例如更新網頁；
- (d)協助發展課程資源，以支援學與教；
- (e)協助處理公眾電話、信函及電郵查詢；
- (f)執行任何由上司指派的其他職務。
職責
- (a)To assist in rendering professional support to primary and secondary schools as well as school sponsoring bodies (SSBs), maintaining professional dialogue with the school personnel, liaising with the schools/SSBs, planning/conducting school visits, and drafting documents and presentation slides, etc;
- (b)To assist in arranging seminars and meetings for teachers as well as learning activities for students;
- (c)To assist in the data collection and dissemination of experience/results such as updating the webpage;
- (d)To assist in developing curriculum resources to support learning and teaching;
- (e)To assist in handling public phone, mail and email enquiries; and
- (f)To perform any other duties as and when required by the supervisors.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港所頒授的學士學位及本港專上教育機構所頒授教育證書，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考的中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級[參閱註]或以上成績，或具備同等成績；
- (c)熟悉現時的青少年教育事宜；
- (d)具有良好的中、英文書寫能力；
- (e)積極主動，可獨立工作，並具有良好的溝通技巧；
- (f)在取得學士學位後，具有最少4年在小學/中學/特殊學校的教學經驗；
- (g)如具有課程發展/教學/學與教資源製作的經驗，可獲優先考慮。

- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
- (b)Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 [See Note] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (c)Good knowledge on the current youth education issues;
- (d)Good command of written Chinese and English;
- (e)Be self-motivated, able to work independently and with good communication skills;
- (f)At least 4 years of post-degree experience in teaching in primary/secondary/special school; and
- (g)Experience in curriculum development/ teaching/ production of learning and teaching resources preferred.
