客戶服務主任(中文專線)的職責是通過電話和電郵處理公眾透過中文專線提出的查詢及投訴,每天會處理來自不同背景的市民的來電及函件,實在是難得又充滿挑戰的工作體驗。此職位須輪班工作,包括星期六、日、公眾假期及通宵班(約每兩個月出任通宵班五日)。假如你喜愛間中於不同日子放取休息日,輪班模式可能更適合你。請注意,為確保向市民提供24小時服務,若輪班當日遇上惡劣天氣(例如颱風及黑色暴雨),亦需如常工作。面試將於2018年4月下旬舉行。獲聘用者最快須於2018年5月上旬上任及被調派至油麻地或葵涌的1823辦公室工作。

1823 would like to invite you to join our professional customer service team! If you have the passion to serve the society, respond eloquently in any situations, are articulate and enjoy communicating with people, please don't miss the chance to join us! Being different from other customer service centres, 1823 will provide you with sufficient opportunities to get familiar with the organizational structure and functions of the government as well as specialist knowledge related to different government departments. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to you. Working with 1823 will enable you to acquire customer service skills, enhance your ability to communicate effectively and broaden your horizon.
A Customer Service Officer (Chinese Language) is required to handle enquiries and complaints from the public which are made in Chinese language through phone, email, etc. He/She manages calls and enquiries from all walks of life every day. This is surely a unique and challenging work experience! The post-holder is required to work on shifts, including on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays as well as overnight shifts (5 days’ overnight duty in around 2 months). If you would like to take rest days on different days, working on shifts may fit you better. In order to ensure that round-the-clock service be provided to the public, you will need to work as scheduled in the event of inclement weather such as during typhoon and black rainstorm. Interviews will be arranged in late April 2018. Successful candidates are required to assume duty in early May 2018 the earliest and are subject to deployment to the 1823 offices in Yau Ma Tei or Kwai Chung.

入職條件
申請人必須 -
(a) 在香港中學文憑考試四科包括中國語文科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績[註1],或具同等學歷;或在香港中學會考四科包括中國語文科考獲第2級/E級或以上成績[註2],或具同等學歷;及
(b) 操流利粵語,能操流利普通話更佳;及
(c) 熟悉電腦操作,及中文文書處理速度達每分鐘10字。
申請人如具備至少一年客戶服務的工作經驗,可獲優先考慮。
申請人需接受中文文書處理速度測驗。
獲聘用者需通過培訓後的測試才會被繼續聘任。
Candidates should -
(a) have attained Level 2 or equivalent or above in four subjects including Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 1), or equivalent; or Level 2 / Grade E or above in four subjects including Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; and
(b) be fluent in Cantonese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage;
(c) be familiar with PC applications and have Chinese word processing speed of 10 words per minute.
Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1-year working experience in customer service.
Applicants are required to take Chinese word processing speed assessment.
Continuous employment will be given to those who pass the post-training assessments.

(1) 香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績,以及其他語言科目C級成績,會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績;香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績,以及其他語言科目E級成績,會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
(2) 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
