職責

協助專業人員和技術主任進行與規劃有關的工作、不同的研究和計劃項目、數據收集、整理和管理工作或資訊科技支援和發展工作。

To assist professionals and technical officers in undertaking planning-related tasks; various studies and projects; data capturing, consolidation and management; or IT support and development tasks.

入職條件

申請人必須

(a)是香港永久性居民；
(b)是主修城市規劃或相關範疇學科的全日制大學生[職位編號：A、B、C、D和F ]；或 是非畢業年級(二年級或以上班級)的全日制大學生，並主修多媒體[職位編號：E]；地理資訊[職位編號：G和I]；建築[職位編號：H]；資訊科技[職位編號：J]；電腦科／電腦科學／電腦工程／資訊科技／資訊系統／資訊工程[職位編號：K]；
(c)熟悉MS Windows、MS Office、電郵、中文輸入和一般桌面電腦的操作；
(d)精於使用互聯網進行案頭研究；
(e)精通中英文；以及
(f)在以下任何一者或多者有實際應用經驗： ArcView, ArcInfo, ArcGIS Pro, Excel Marco, Photoshop, Access, Geo-Informatics, 3D, Building Information Modelling, Database Management, MS SharePoint, 電腦程式設計及電腦程式語言(包括C#, Dot Net Frame Work, Python, VBA, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, HTML5和Java).

Applicants should

(a)be permanent residents of Hong Kong;
(b)be full-time university students majoring in Urban Planning/Town Planning or related fields [Post Reference: A, B, C, D and F ]; or full-time non-final year (second-year or above) university students majoring in Multi-media [Post Reference: E]; Geo-informatics [Post Reference: G and I]; Architecture [Post Reference: H]; Information Technology [Post Reference: J]; Computer Studies/Science/Engineering or Information Technologies/Systems/Engineering [Post Reference: K];
(c)be familiar with MS Windows, MS Office, e-mail, Chinese typing and general desktop computer operation;
(d)be proficient in using Internet for desk research;
(e)be proficient in both Chinese and English; and
(f)have hands-on experience in one or more of the following: ArcView, ArcInfo, ArcGIS Pro, Excel Marco, Photoshop, Access, Geo-Informatics, 3D, Building Information Modelling, Database Management, MS SharePoint, Computer-aided Design and Computer programming, Programming Languages including C#, Dot Net Frame Work, Python, VBA, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, HTML5, Java.
