職責
(a) 就《建築物管理條例》及相關條例為本署提供意見及支援服務;
(b) 就《建築物管理條例》下的工作守則和其他行政指引及清單為本署提供法律諮詢及支援服務,並就管理的標準及守則向業主立案法團、大廈管理公司及其他有關人士提供輔導和指引;
(c) 為各區前線人員提供法律諮詢及支援服務,協助他們推廣《建築物管理條例》、相關工作守則和行政指引,讓業主立案法團、業主及有關人士遵循;
(d) 擔任本署舉辦的大廈管理培訓課程及研討會的講師,講解有關條例,工作守則及行政指引,並編制教材;以及
(e) 執行其他獲指派的任務。

(a) To provide legal advisory and support services to the Home Affairs Department on matters related to the Building Management Ordinance (BMO) and related ordinances;
(b) To provide legal advisory and support services to the Home Affairs Department on matters related to the issue of Code of Practice under the BMO and other administrative guidelines and checklists and to give guidance and direction as to the standards and practices of management to be observed and followed by owners’ corporations, building management companies and other related parties;
(c) To provide legal advisory and support services to frontline officers in the districts to facilitate their promotion of the BMO, Code of Practice and administrative guidelines for compliance by the OCs, owners and related parties;
(d) To serve as the trainer of the training courses and seminars in building management organised by the Home Affairs Department to explain the related ordinances, Code of Practice and administrative guidelines and prepare the teaching materials; and
(e) To carry out such other duties as assigned by senior officers.

入職條件
申請人須
(a)(i) 在《律政人員條例》第2A條及附表2訂明的認可司法管轄區內取得律師資格後,具備最少五年專業經驗;或(ii)在《律政人員條例》第2A條及附表2訂明的認可司法管轄區內取得大律師資格後,具備四年專業經驗;
(b) 具備三年處理大廈管理個案的經驗;
(c) 非常熟識《建築物管理條例》(第344章);以及
(d) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或 香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級(註)或以上成績,或具同等成績

Candidates should
(a) (i) be solicitors with at least 5 years’ professional experience since admission in a recognised jurisdiction as stipulated under Section 2A and Schedule 2 of the Legal Officers Ordinance or (ii) be barristers with 4 years' professional experience since call to the Bar in a recognised jurisdiction as stipulated under Section 2A and Schedule 2 of the Legal Officers Ordinance;
(b) have 3 years' experience in handling building management cases;
(c) have profound knowledge of the Building Management Ordinance (Cap 344); and
(d) met the the language proficiency requirement of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.

(2)有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
(3)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
