職責
(a) 協助計劃/進行學校探訪/巡查,包括事先預備有關文件/資訊、與學校人員及教育局其他人員聯絡,以安排學校探訪/巡查的日程及安排會議、預備記錄及整合觀察所得及發現等;
(b) 協助收集/整理學校對執行不同改善措施的回饋、整理調查的回覆、整理有關報告、檢視改善措施的成效等;
(c) 協助舉辦簡介會、分享會及運用教育局的網上資源,為學校人員提供訓練及支援服務;
(d) 協助管理/更新改善措施進度的有關數據及統計數字;以及
(e) 協助執行任何由上級指派的其他職務。

(a) To assist in planning/conducting school visits/ inspections, including preparing relevant documents/information in advance, liaising with school personnel and other officers of Education Bureau (EDB) to arrange the schedules for school visits/ inspections and meetings, preparing notes and consolidating observations and findings, etc.;
(b) To assist in collecting/ consolidating feedback from schools on the implementation of various improvement measures, collating survey returns, compiling relevant reports, evaluating the effectiveness of the improvement measures, etc.;
(c) To assist in providing training and support services for school personnel through briefing and sharing sessions as well as online resources on the EDB homepage; (d) to assist in maintaining/updating relevant data and statistics on the progress of the improvement measures; and
(e) To assist in performing any other duties as assigned.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港所頒授的學士學位及香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考的中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級[註]或以上成績,或具備同等成績;
(c) 在取得學士學位後具備最少3年的相關工作經驗;
(d) 具備學校行政經驗及/或學校界別的相關工作經驗者優先;
(e) 熟悉現時的教育事宜;
(f) 熟悉電腦程式的應用,特別是文書處理(包括中文輸入法)、試算表和簡報軟件;
(g) 具備良好的中、英文書寫能力;
(h) 必須能操流利粵語和英語,能操流利普通話者優先;以及
(i) 積極主動,可獨立工作並具備良好的溝通技巧。
(b) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考的中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級[註]或以上成績,或具備同等成績;

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
(b) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(c) At least 3 years' relevant post-degree working experience;
(d) Experience in school administration and/or relevant experience in school sector preferred;
(e) Good knowledge on the current education issues;
(f) Proficient in computer applications especially in using word-processing (including Chinese input methods), spreadsheet and presentation software;
(g) Good command of written English and Chinese;
(h) Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential, fluency in Putonghua preferred; and
(i) Self-motivated, able to work independently and with good communication skills.

入職條件(註)
政府在聘任時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
