職責
(a)設計、策劃、執行和跟進局方/委託機構進行的調查及研究,以了解本地中學教育課程的實施及持續更新情況,從而發現及處理關注事項,優化課程實施,並為未來課程發展提供參考;
(b)搜尋、處理、分析和整合從不同渠道收集得來,與中學教育課程實施和持續更新相關的數據,作為局方在規劃和決策時的參考;
(c)協調不同組別進行的調查/研究,以跟進學校課程的實施情況,包括就研究設計、調查方法、數據分析、資料收集計劃和資料分享提供意見;
(d)協助學校課程的持續更新,以及高中課程和評估的實施、檢討和發展;
(e)就中學教育的相關議題撰寫文件及提供專業意見,作審議和決策的參考,並向持份者和公眾傳遞訊息;
(f)就不同會議和活動提供專業和後勤支援;以及
(g)執行上司委派的其他職務。

(a) To design, plan, conduct and follow up on in-house and commissioned surveys and research studies to track the implementation and ongoing renewal of the local secondary education curriculum to identify and address issues of concern for improving implementation, and to inform future curriculum development;
(b) To search, manage, analyse and consolidate essential data related to the implementation and ongoing renewal of the secondary education curriculum from different sources to facilitate planning and decision-making of the Bureau;
(c) To co-ordinate different sections in the conduct of surveys / studies to track the implementation of the school curriculum, including providing advice on research design, survey methods, data analysis, data collection plans and data sharing;
(d) To assist in the ongoing renewal of the school curriculum, and the implementation, review and development of the senior secondary curriculum and assessment;
(e) To draft and provide professional input to documents related to secondary education to facilitate deliberations and decision making and disseminate messages to stakeholders and the public;
(f) To provide professional and administrative support to various meetings and events; and
(g) To undertake any other duties assigned.

入職條件
(a)持有香港所頒授主修教育/社會科學(學科須包含有系統的社會科學研究/教育心理研究訓練)/其他與課程相關的學士學位,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(ii)];
(b)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(ii)];
(c)符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷〈中文運用及英文運用〉中取得「二級」成績,或具備同等成績[參閲註(iii)];
(d)在取得上述(a)及(b)的有關學歷後,具備不少於6年的教育/教育心理/社會科學研究經驗[參閲註(iv)];
(e)熟悉本地教育系統、教育及課程改革、國際教育和課程發展趨勢、教育/教育心理/社會科學研究的統計分析和報告撰寫、具備良好的領導及人際技巧;以及
(f)持有與教育、心理學、統計學或與教育心理研究及數據處理相關的碩士或博士學位,或曾負責管理大型教育/教育心理/社會科學研究計劃,或曾發表學術文章者優先。

(f)持有與教育、心理學、統計學或與教育心理研究及數據處理相關的碩士或博士學位,或曾負責管理大型教育/教育心理/社會科學研究計劃,或曾發表學術文章者優先。
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree majoring in Education / a social science discipline (with systematic training on social scientific research / psycho-educational research) / other curriculum-relevant disciplines, or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of 'Level 2' results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [See Note (iii)];
(d) At least 6 years' relevant post-qualification [as specified in (a) and (b)] experience in educational / psycho-educational / social scientific research [See Note (iv)];
(e) Good knowledge of the local education system, the education and curriculum reforms, international trends in education and curriculum development, statistical analysis and report writing in educational / psycho-educational / social scientific research and good leadership and interpersonal skills; and
(f) Preference will be given to candidates who possess a Hong Kong higher degree with studies focusing on education, psychology, statistics, or a discipline relevant to research and data management, or possess good track record in managing large-scale educational / psycho-educational / social scientific research projects, or demonstrated ability to publish academic writing.

(ii) 申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。申請人如有其他學歷(例如有關科目的碩士或博士學位),亦須一併在申請表上列明。
(iii) 綜合招聘考試的中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」,並以「二級」為最高等級。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科「第5級」或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科「第5級」或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) English Language科「C」級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。 在International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上,並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績,在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
