職責
(a)制定科學、科技、工程及數學(STEM)教育的整體策略性規劃和發展,包括就相關事宜協調STEM相關組別,以及與有關組織/團體聯絡;
(b)監察、評估及檢視STEM教育的整體實施情況;
(c)就推動STEM教育,督導科學教育學習領域高中課程的持續發展和實施,包括檢視課程;
(d)帶領發展學與教資源、為教師/學校實驗室技術員而設的培訓,以及其他與STEM/科學教育相關的支援措施;
(e)帶領策劃及舉辦大型學生活動,以加強學校推動STEM/科學教育;以及
(f)執行上司委派的其他職務。

(f)執行上司委派的其他職務。
(a) To devise the overall strategic planning and development of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education, including co-ordination of matters among STEM-related Sections as well as liaison with relevant organisations/ parties;
(b) To monitor, evaluate and review the overall implementation of STEM education;
(c) To oversee the ongoing development and implementation of senior secondary curricula in the Science Education Key Learning Area under the context of STEM education, including the review of the curricula;
(d) To lead the development of learning and teaching resources, training programmes for teachers/ school laboratory technicians, and other support measures relating to STEM/ Science education;
(e) To lead the planning and organisation of large-scale student events for the promotion of STEM/Science education among schools; and
(f) To perform any other duties as assigned.

入職條件
(a)持有香港所頒授主修科學、物理學、化學、生物學、動物學或植物學的學士學位,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(ii)];
(b)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(ii)];
(c)持有香港所頒授與教育、科學或與科學、科技、工程及數學(STEM)教育工作相關學科的更高學歷,或具備同等學歷者優先;
(d)符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷或中文運用試卷中取得「二級」成績,或具備同等成績,申請人若在綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷及中文運用試卷中取得「二級」成績,或具備同等成績更佳[參閱註(iii)];
(e)在取得上述(a)及(b)的學歷後,具備不少於12年的STEM/科學教育的教學及/或課程發展經驗[參閱註(iv)];以及
(f)對科學教育學習領域、STEM教育及本地教育制度有豐富知識和教育經驗,了解現時本地及國際的科學教育及STEM教育趨勢,以及具備良好的領導能力及人際技巧。
(b)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(ii)];
(c)持有香港所頒授與教育、科學或與科學、科技、工程及數學(STEM)教育工作相關學科的更高學歷,或具備同等學歷者優先;
(d)符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷或中文運用試卷中取得「二級」成績,或具備同等成績,申請人若在綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷及中文運用試卷中取得「二級」成績,或具備同等成績更佳[參閱註(iii)];
(e)在取得上述(a)及(b)的學歷後,具備不少於12年的STEM/科學教育的教學及/或課程發展經驗[參閱註(iv)];以及
(f)對科學教育學習領域、STEM教育及本地教育制度有豐富知識和教育經驗,了解現時本地及國際的科學教育及STEM教育趨勢,以及具備良好的領導能力及人際技巧。
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree majoring in Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Zoology, Botany, or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
(c) Candidates who have a Hong Kong higher degree in Education, Science or a discipline relevant to the work of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education, or equivalent preferred;
(d) Met the language proficiency requirements of 'Level 2' in either the Use of English (UE) paper or the Use of Chinese (UC) paper in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent; and preferably, 'Level 2' in both the UC and UE papers in the CRE, or equivalent [See Note (iii)];
(e) At least 12 years' relevant post-qualification [as specified in (a) and (b)] experience in teaching and/or curriculum development on STEM /Science education [See Note (iv)]; and
(f) Possess sound knowledge and educational experience in the areas of the Science Education Key Learning Area, STEM education as well as the local education system, knowledge of current trends in science education and STEM education in both local and international settings, and good leadership and interpersonal skills.
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [See Note (ii)];

入職條件(註)
(i)首席課程主任(科學教育)職位的申請日期為2021年10月29日(星期五)至2021年11月12日(星期五)。
(ii)申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。申請人如有其他學歷(例如有關科目的碩士或博士學位),亦須一併在申請表上列明。
(iii)綜合招聘考試的中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」,並以「二級」為最高等級。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科「第5級」或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科「第5級」或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) English Language科「C」級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。 在International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上,並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績,在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
(iv)申請人須述明於取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質。
(v)為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣,教育局會測試所有應徵課程主任職位人士的《基本法》知識。申請人在基本法測試的表現會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重。
(vi)申請人須處事盡責、積極主動、對工作有熱誠,並須品格良好,願意為教育界服務,作出承擔,以及能以中英文與人有效溝通。
