Civil Engineering Graduates and Structural Engineering Graduates
現行的入職津貼為每月20,370元。不過，當局在正式提出聘任時，可對聘用條款及以上津貼額作出調整。見習土木/結構工程師的受訓津貼是獨立於公務員薪酬。
職責
Civil Engineering Graduates will receive Scheme ‘A’ training in the Civil discipline registered with the HKIE, under the management of the Works group of departments (the Civil Engineering and Development Department, the Drainage Services Department, the Highways Department and the Water Supplies Department) or the Housing Authority.
Structural Engineering Graduates will receive Scheme ‘A’ training in the Structural discipline registered with the HKIE, under the management of the Architectural Services Department.
入職條件
申請人必須
- (a)在2015年或其後，取得可成為香港工程師學會正式會員（土木或結構界別，視乎何者適用）和參加其“A”項訓練計劃（土木或結構界別，視乎何者適用）所需的學歷；以及
- (b)除另有指明外，申請人於獲聘時必須是香港特別行政區永久性居民。
Applicants must
- (a)obtain an academic qualification in or after 2015 which is required for corporate membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) in the Civil or Structural discipline as appropriate and for admission into their Training Scheme ‘A’ (Civil or Structural discipline as appropriate); and
- (b)be permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of engagement unless specified otherwise.
入職條件(註)
- (i)在2016年夏季參加畢業試的申請人亦可申請。惟入選的申請人須於2016年11月17日或之前提供書面文件證實已獲得所需學歷方可被錄用。
- (ii)申請人必須合乎可成為香港工程師學會正式會員（土木或結構界別，視乎何者適用）和參加其“A”項訓練計劃（土木或結構界別，視乎何者適用）所需的要求。因此，凡現時或過往曾參加香港工程師學會“A”項訓練計劃的人士，可能不獲考慮。入選的申請人必須就上述有關資料作出聲明。
- (iii)符合第(ii)項規定，但在上文「入職條件」第(a)項所述2015年之前已取得所需學歷的申請人，如現正修讀其他相關的全日制學位，或剛於2015年或其後取得全日制修讀的相關學位，亦可獲考慮。惟取得首個所需學歷與開始修讀相關學位的日期不得相隔多於18個月。 若申請人曾修讀多過一個相關學位，學位之間的累計相隔時間的總和亦不得多於18個月。
