職責
(a) 管理在牌照處理方面採用機械人流程自動化的資訊科技項目；
(b) 協調及準備報告和資料以提交予創新及科技局的科技統籌委員會；
(c) 研究市場現有最新科技和產品以提升工作效率；
(d) 與用戶、技術人員及供應商聯絡；
(e) 收集用戶需求、從業務角度識別主要課題，並在交付用戶審查前核實項目的主要交付成品；以及
(f) 執行上司指派的其他技術性／行政職務。
其他相關的工作要求：工作時間及地點須視乎部門的運作需要而定。獲取錄者或需超時工作。

(a) To manage an information technology project on adopting Robotics Process Automation in licensing;
(b) To coordinate and prepare reports and submissions to TechConnect Committee of the Innovation and Technology Bureau;
(c) To review the latest technology and products available in the market for enhancing working efficiency;
(d) To liaise between end-users, technical staff and vendors;
(e) To elicit user requirements as well as to identify key issues from the business perspective and verify major project deliverables before passing on to end-users for review; and
(f) To perform other technical/administrative duties as assigned by the supervisors when required.
Other Job-related Requirements: The hours and venues of work may be varied having regard to the operational needs of the department. The successful candidate may be required to work overtime.

(b) 在取得學位後具有最少四年與環境保護相關的全職工作經驗，具有與污染控制、合約管理或實驗室檢測和分析相關的工作經驗佔優；
(c) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3等級（註）或以上成績，或具同等成績（註：2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）C級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級的成績）；以及

Applicants should have: –
(a) a Hong Kong degree in science, engineering, information technology or public relations/journalism/communication subject, or equivalent;
(b) a minimum of four years’ relevant full-time post-qualifications working experience relevant to environmental protection, preferably in pollution controls, contract management or laboratory testing and analysis or related areas;
(c) met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 (Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note: “Grade C” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 3” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth); and
(d) knowledge of and experience in the environmental laws and legislations of Hong Kong is an advantage.
