職責
為推行地區項目提供行政和執行上的支援,包括:(a)協助處理撥款發放申領,聯絡區議會、其他政府部門、非牟利團體及╱或商營機構,整理和編制統計報表等;(b)監察地區項目的進度,包括審理區議會、其他政府部門、非牟利團體及╱或商營機構提交的定期財務報告和進度報告的情況;(c)為區議會、相關委員會及其會議提供秘書和後勤支援服務;(d)就處理申請及辦公室行政事宜提供行政支援,並協助檔案管理的工作;(e)更新及管理屯門區議會網頁;(f)處理公眾和其他機構的查詢;(g)協助統籌和舉辦與地區項目相關的宣傳和公共關係活動;以及(h)在有需要時執行其他相關職務。
To provide administrative and executive support to the implementation of district projects including:
(a) assisting in processing payment claims, liaising with District Council, other government departments, NPOs and/or business organisations, compiling statistics, etc;
(b) monitoring progress of district projects including vetting regular financial and progress reports from District Council, other government departments, NPOs and/or business organisations;
(c) providing secretarial and logistical support to Tuen Mun District Council (TMDC), its committees and their meetings;
(d) providing administrative support to matters in relation to application processing and office administration as well as assisting in records management;
(e) updating and managing the TMDC website;
(f) attending to enquiries and queries from the public and other organisations;
(g) assisting in the coordination and organisation of publicity and public relations activities concerning the district projects; and
(h) undertaking any other duties as required.

(b) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績,或具同等成績 [請參閱註(3)]
註: (1) 香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績,以及其他語言科目C級成績,會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績。
(2) 有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
(3) 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
申請人需具備工作經驗,熟習電腦操作(包括一般文字處理,MS Word、Excel、PPT等),操流利粵語,能書寫一般中、英文體。熟悉屯門,或教育程度較高,能操中國其他地區方言者優先考慮。面試時,須接受中文打字測試。

Candidates shall have –
(a) (i) Level 3 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent [See Notes (1) & (2)]; or
(ii) Grade E or above in two subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3 / Grade C or above in three other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Notes (2) & (3)]; and
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent [See Notes (3)].
Note: (1) “Attained with Distinction” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade C in Other Language subjects in the HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to Level 3 in the New Senior Secondary subjects in the HKDSEE.
(2) The subjects may include Chinese Language and English Language.
(3) ‘Grade C’ and ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 3’ and ‘Level 2’ respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
Candidates should have work experience; be familiar with the operation of computer (including general word processing, MS Word, Excel, PPT, etc.); speak fluent Cantonese and are able to write general Chinese and English messages. Priority will be given to those who are familiar with Tuen Mun or possess higher academic qualification and are able to speak other Chinese dialects. Chinese typing test will be required during the interview
